Great content. It makes sense for Africans in the diaspora to invest in Africa. Africans need to have a plan B in a world that is pivoting towards identity politics. Build the Africa you want to see instead of complaining.Those making excuses not to invest should note thst white Europeans/ Ametuca have been investing in Africa for centuries. They always find a way around the obstacles. What then does this say of black entrepreneurs if petty obstacles are enough to put you off?

Consider using precast panels that are faster to use in building cost effective on labour costs, durable and ecological friendly since there is a reduction on using quarry stones that damage environments. There lies also an opportunity for green project financing
