This young man never gave up. He travelled, he learnt from mistake. He returned to where he failed to succeed eventually. What not to try, come on, you young people.

Max was the one who I found on KZbin to learn how to find deals. I worked fulltime and was a realtor part time so it became a little much trying to raise my son too. I took my son driving around teaching him what to look for. I found one deal but it fell through. I must say it works if you work it. The whole thing for me is to learn the process because it helps me in my investments today in real estate and now even in Africa.

I have not made to Africa yet but I'm going to get there. It's interesting how many humans don't want to travel but for me it's a must and I can't wait until one day I make to Africa. I want to see at least 5 countries before I'm to old to run 2 miles :-)

I am compelled to say this at this time from Indiana. I have never heard of you, this chanel or this brotha being intervied but just listening wile I work in a manufacturing company on a mandatory Sunday???? Who has a passport for a few years but has never used it to go anywhere of this land, I will make it my business to seek to travel to the east coast of Africa. I am very inspired to make such a move and just start over yet plan well beforehand. I don't know what it will take but I really would like to sit down with you as an older man and learn somethings after leaving entrepreneurship 30 years ago due to life. After the death of my only child and unmarried, I feel I have nothing here and need a new life in a place I have never been. I am open to what the Most High has waiting on me and I must travel there. Help me to know how much momey I really need because I have no ideal. Skills : Construction Management, contractor, musician, artist, singer, song writer, painter 🎨 and investor. Very serious and no longer afraid.

@Webnation, this entire video is about Maxwell living & doing business in Zanzibar! @Judah144 is inspired by Maxwell's story & his life in Zanzibar, why would you offer him a trip to Ghana? Especially since you are in Tanzania or Zanzibar interviewing Maxwell.

My understanding for "foreigners" to purchase land in TZ it can only be via a company and must have $0.5k to invest. I learned this after being scammed 😢 There are other ways around it, but it still requires nuff money. In Ghana, "foreigners" do not require capital to acquire land, but land law is complicated, and non Ghanaian can lease for 25 years max. Rwanda is lovely!🎉

This was not an eye opening conversation but a very vague non reasoned conversation about "opportunities" that were never revealed. The investor (Max) knew nothing about the economy of AFRICA let alone East Africa which was very apparent when at minute 56 Max was unable to state any NON BLACK success story in the WHOLE of AFRICA!!!!!!!. There is no reason why land in Zanzibar would be rising at astronomical levels. There are opportunities in Africa but we heard nothing of them. No comparisons with similar countries etc were made. Very vague indeed.
