Somehow, someway, I went into 2023 thinking I could balance learning 4 languages while starting college and working part time, while posting on youtube... GIRL i wish i had that much productivity and determination but motivation was gone by March 😅

Thank you so much for your comment, I really appreciate it!! Damn yea no I feel the same. I started this channel during Covid because I wanted to make the most of my time. But ever since ‘normal’ life started again, I kept on deferring from my goals. I completely understand how you’re feeling! And luckily, it is very normal. So let normalize that too 😄☺️ good luck studying! (Or just dabbling away through the year)

Hahaha absolutely true 😂 got the tattoo in Valencia in 2022, love it so much. Yea Korean and procrastination somehow seem to go together very well 😂

I started using Ling for Khmer, but I sadly can't afford to get a subscription. I've tried out a few different resources (there aren't many for Khmer), and this was one of my favorites, as it was really easy to get started.

oh really! How interesting :) I will be honest, I am always very hesitant when buying a subscription (any subscription for that matter). But Ling does have some really interesting features indeed!! It felt like a completely different approach to learning vocab on an app. So far better than duolingo as the sentences are much more useful. But I have yet to find out the full app once when I may buy a subscription.

I had some setbacks too in 2023 😂 no problems for us, 2024 is a new year 😊👍 my Korean is going really slow too, but its such a hard language, at least its progressing!

Ah somehow I am glad to hear your progress is slow too. My algorithm only shows Korean learners who really mastered the language within x amount of time. I could never honestly! It is soooo much harder than I thought. Nevertheless, it is so great to be able to read and speak it! Good luck studying 🍀
