I would love to have a group discussion with other widows and learn how they are coping with their loss and how to overcome the loneliness.

Great. Do you have any special questions that would help us direct the conversation?

Hi Connie! I came across your videos through a class I am taking at Uni, and I am so happy I did. You give such incredible and honest insight into your life/grief process and I'm sure it is greatly beneficial to others! Your videos have really made an impact on me and I am so inspired by you. Also, you look so youthful and I can hardly believe you are anything older than 65. Thanks for being such a light and sharing Jesus with the world. Praying for you! ps. I am impressed at how tech savvy you are!

I would like to hear accounts of how other widows have traveled their journeys. I was widowed 6 months ago & am hungry for wisdom.

I feel dead inside cannot stop crying my husband of 44 years dropped. dead in the locker room after swimming 5 weeks ago. I get up every morning and do what I used to do but with tears and cry every evening for hours. I feel like I am living the same nightmare over and over again. If I try to rest I wake up and panic because I know he is never coming home.

Oh my. That is hard. I would like to direct you to my first video after I lost my husband. He dropped out as he was getting out of bed. Take my journey with me. Also please look for a grief share group, preferably in a church. And preferably for widows. It needs to be a specialized grief group for widows. This is an important step that I encourage everyone to take, after my own experiences. Would you like me to share my link to my first video in the comments for you? I’d be happy to do that. Also, I have a widows Facebook group that I would love to invite you to join if you want. Just find me on Facebook I’m under Connie Norleen I’m the only one. Friend request me then please private message me and let me know that you want in the widows group and I will accept your friend request and put you in there right away, you’ll love the ladies there, very supportive we’ve all been where you are. We are here to love and support. 💕 Love and hugs.

Of course, how these women survived the worst thing that could ever happen to them. But, also what should you NOT do. I have heard do not make any major decisions the first year. I agree with that. But, is there anything else along those lines of do not do...................
