@@randomplayz3730 my personal opinion is there are so many other ways to make a living the restaurant work is very very demanding there are many different ways to be successful in the business however the best is through experience I would suggest working in the industry for many years before jumping in and risking financial loss especially in this new climate even with all my experience these past two years have been very trying for many in the industry at the same time I see tons of opportunity because many businesses have gone belly up and there are a ton of location and equipment opportunities currently you can probably open a place for pennies on the dollar and the demand will come back but it’s your call if you want to be a slave 18 hours a day seven days a week for a 20% profit margin I personally at my age I’m looking at online business opportunities rather than market products to a neighborhood I would prefer to market to the world

If you actually listen to it, you can tell that he only yells at them after about the 3rd mistake. He understands that perfection is impossible every time. But there is a difference between a mistake and not being able to cook, unlike you. I'd rather trust the michelin starred chef with 30+ years of experience than you lmao.
