Artorias has always been one of my favourite character from the whole soulslike gendra. Your video are such a blessing to fell asleep on, not that they are boring, not at all, but they appease me quite well

The progression of your painting skill has been amazing but more importantly, that healthy mindset to remind yourself to be patient and accepting of mistakes or bumps in the road has been beautiful to see. Your box of shame is just like its own souls boss in a way, you just have to find what is the best way to tackle it with the energy you have whilst pushing through the mistakes and learning from them, that's why you don't go hollow! ❤

Such an iconic character design, will never get tired of seeing it recreated. Also, I found the parts of the video where you talked about things such as motivation and procrastination to be extremely entertaining. It was a very good way to break up the talk about the painting process, of which I currently understand very little.

Fantastic video, with a great message. I’ve been victim of some of the worst procrastination one could possibly imagine. I only recently finished a model that I had been putting off for close to two years, and finally completing it gave me the motivational boost that I needed. And I feel like this video came out at the perfect time. Don’t overdo your procrastination, it’ll never be worth more than the feeling of satisfaction you get when completing whatever it is you’ve repeatedly set aside.

I have the DS2 giant knight duel swordsman statue that sits and collects dust, not even on my shelf of worthy collectibles. Recently, probably from watching your videos and a few other sources, I imagine undertaking the task to re-paint the figure. He looks so plastic and miserable and generic that I honestly do not like him at all. It was given to me as a gift, so whenever I think to get rid of it, I just can't. But I think repainting him could make him look badass for sure, especially replacing the one sword with a torch and trying to capture that. I don't know if I'll actually get to something like this, or if it's just a fantasy. I don't currently paint miniatures and I wouldn't invest in equipment just for this task alone. We will see. Just wanted to share and kick the idea around a bit.
