Hate to burst your bubble but, actually, pickleball is played even farther south indoors at the Amundsen Scott South Pole Station in far more extreme conditions (10,000 ft msl effective elevation).

Dont overdo it. Achilles tendon tears are not uncommon in Pickleball. Nice gym
