This is such an underrated anime. It's so over the top it's hilarious. I highly recommend checking it out. Also Naruto's japanese voice actress plays the main character, Endou (which is a pun btw).

It’s a show about boys soccer where the tourneys have a team of males and even as early as season 2 they incorporated female characters playing in the games because those seasons they weren’t in tournaments. Once we got to galaxy they made it all gendered teams because they wanted to incorporate more female characters. Maybe do some research about the product before you start accusing sexism.

Inazuma eleven is one of my favourite shows of all time. When I was younger, I watched the original series 5 times in a row. I adored it. And it honestly helped me get through the worst period of my depression. May even have saved my life, tbh

offside advantage is actually giving the GK a bit of Tension (bar used to use special moves). there are 4 main elements in the franchise, the advantage/disadvantage going as Earth>Fire>Wood>Wind, then Wind>Earth and the cycle continues. (Earth and Wood are neutral against each other, same goes to Fire and Wind). if i remember correctly the beta as an extensive "Help" menu, so it should have all the needed info on there.

Thank you for making a video about Inazuma Eleven. I've been a fan of the series for about a decade and I've played every game, except for some of the Japanese exclusives. I've been following the news on this game's development since 2016, when they first announced Ares no Tenbin, which got cancelled later and I'm really happy that Level-5 has finally managed to release something to the public. By the way, I noticed a few things that both you and biscuit got wrong about the game mechanics. The elemental advantages are: Fire beats Wood, Wood beats Wind, Wind beats Earth and Earth beats Fire. And the offside doesn't give a debuff to any of your players, it just gives your opponent some extra tension, which can be crucial to stop a shot.

A (warning) thing to know is that there is a critical hit mechanic call Breach that lets you score a goal and ignoring how much health the keeper has. All of that is fine since the chance of it happening is very low BUT there are passives from characters that can increase the chances of it happening. So yea, it can get a bit frustrating when it happens a lot more that it should be normally.

I think the issue is the conflation of systems from the old games that are single player RPGs and the implementation of a ranked PVP mode. Most of the stuff that are problems in the game if you have competitive fairness in mind are fine for the campaign, and it doesn't seem they had a clear direction in that sense.

The breach system can work if they tweaked it so it just does extra damage instead of instantly scoring. Also the save mechanic kinda balances out the bs of breaches as you can save shots that would have went in otherwise

@@benjoman8252 My problem isn't with breach itself. It's that there are passives that increase the chance for breach. But there's no passive that increases save chances or saves against breaches except for some of the tactics that you can randomly get.

Inazuma Eleven was a legendary fantasy football anime loved by many people from their childhood. The OG series was great but the GO series is nice as well along with the reboot one. Im so glad its getting so much love ^^

definitely hope you cover this game more the one major tip id give you for in the future would be getting used to using chain shots it massively increases shot power especially when you get multiple chains the way it works is when entering the zone to take a shot aim at your teammate instead of the goal and if you have enough tension you just press the hissatsu technique button and the move will fire towards the teammate you aimed at then you have 2 options either aim at the goal and chain a direct shot or another hissatsu technique or aim at another teammate and chain another hissatsu to pass to that 3rd teammate from there you have the same 2 options as before you can chain pretty much infinitely but the thing that stops it is a hissatsu technique into a direct shot can only be aimed at the goal so if you wanna pass to more than 1 teammate you need enough tension for multiple hissatsu techniques id recommend watching some of inazuma hissatsu's gameplay of this game to see what i mean he was still figuring it out in the first 2 videos but by his 3rd one you can start to see what i mean hope this helps a bit glad inazuma eleven is getting noticed by people cause the games and show are awesome

Alius team are not actually aliens its sort of a plot twist in the second game(and second season of the anime) The actual aliens only appear in the third game of the GO series(sequel) which would be the 6th game/season

the "passing" into the goal thing isn't actually you can just shoot without going into zone, and if the keeper isn't in a good position to stop it, or its too close to the keep when you shoot it, then its guaratneed to go in. in the same vein you can also run into the goal to score by dashing, it's always been a thing in inazuma eleven, and its why its important as they keeper to enter the zone, as not doing so can put you at risk of letting in goals that wouldn't hae gone in if you had entered zone.
