Pure. The joy of direct response to the rider's inputs. I was shopping new machines March of '23 and had decided an R7 would be reasonable. But the riding position wasn't! Then this channel mentioned the 750. Suzuki still sells this bike here in the US. My Pearl White / Matte Dark Blue 2023 GSX-R750 is the finest sporting machine I've ever ridden and continues to bring pure joy to my world riding in the Ozarks. Thank you for the recommendation, and I look forward to seeing more smiles from you and your 750.

What a state of the roads. Disgusting. We pay the highest road tax & have the worst roads. That money is clearly not being spent on the roads. That's fraud. Looking forward to more GSXR750 videos. How's that taller screen at motorway speeds? I'm the same height as you (6"), with the same bike and I find the stock screen height creates quite an annoying wind noise at motorway speeds. I'd hate to buy a taller screen and find out it isn't any better, or worse. A Speedo Healer or SpeedoDrd is worth grabbing to correct the speedo/odometer if you're doing street riding.

Love seeing a bike revived. Nicely done! I bought a K5 (2005) 750 in 2009 that had been crashed and over the ~10 years of ownership, I restored it to IMO better than new either with like new bodywork or upgraded parts (suspension). You don't appreciate how well a bike is set up until you ride another bike. That more analog, "pure" feel was special.

Nevesy , that video did me no good whatsoever ...... Ive had 3 GSX-R 750 all new and Ive loved each one , seeing u on this makes me regret selling my last one. I part ex it for a St Triple cos it was more comfortable for me at my age ......... I really should have kept it . The last one was exceptional the engine was so strong, after a few thousand miles I took it to Assen and did a high speed run across europe and back. That seemed to really add more performance to the engine I never realised how much I missed that lovely bike , till seeing u on yours.

How's the street triple compare power wise, does it feel as quick?
@budbud25096 ай бұрын
@@IN_ZANE_ Thats an interesting point , First ST 765 was in white , that I was not too keen on the colour and the silver ones were not available ... But when I took it in for its service 800 miles I think it was I had not run it in But the had the new model 765 RS ST in the showroom ..... so silly me I ordered one , it was between Xmas and the new year so sales were slow and I got a good deal (??) . So by the time it had done 1,000 miles it was all run in but I never got to try it out fully . Now the new one is up to 1,000 miles and Ive yet to try it out I blame Nevesy cos he said a the launch how fantastic it was So its all his fault !! Anyway GSX was rated @ 150 bhp , and that was at the flywheel , so I think I read it was 135 at the wheel . 765 ST RS is rated at 128 , so not a huge difference. I feel the ST is more Torquey so it picks up really well The GSX would easily kill it on top speed , I guess the faring helps but I remember it doing 180 mph at the end of a long straight . 765 would only manage 150 (?? double what u need to get yr license through the shredder !! ) But in the real world with the extra torque it would be a close thing with the GSX winning with its extra bhp and faring helping Dont forget the 765 is the Moto2 engine so has been proven by being thrashed by the most unkind riders on the planet , its fared very well !! Lets ask Nevesy about lap times , it would not be that different me thinks

Of course it's raining. I think I got the last model (2023 in Canada) you could get with no ABS, Traction Control, Wheelie control or any other "My computer programmer is smarter than you are" crap. I recall one boring rainy day on a straight road when I decidedto see how high an rpm I could reach with full throttle (starting from just above stalling) in 4th before the tire spun. At 4000 rpm the bike said "Don't do that." That bike brings out the hooligan. You have good self-restraint. No doubt learned the hard way.

Bike looks amazing. It is really a beautiful bike. Better looking even than the new bikes which all have these huge bread boxes underneath. This changed my perception on what I was looking for and I'm also going to see if I can find a GSXR like this. Why pay the silly money for the new bikes which I anyway can't afford when bikes like this can be had. My only really memory of GSXR's is my brother had two. One thousand and one 750. But I think both where from the late 80's and maybe early nineties. He took me for a spin a few times and one was really tuned. I remember it was wild. And the out neighbours had some GSXR'S in the late 90's. And the guy and his mate would blast past our house pulling wheelies in shorts and t-shirts..🤣 Good old nineties. Sadly I never rode one myself. Always knew people with bikes but never had any myself till much later in my life. Take care and enjoy your lovely bike. Loved the vide 💪👍

Hi Neevsey, the feeling you have for your Gixer 750 is similar to me with my 2010 HRC Blade. At just under 5,8" it fits my like a glove! My first one I had from 2011 and I clocked up 23k miles with I.O.M, Nordschleife, Northern Ireland & umpteen trips up north (I live near Knockhill in Scotland). I was devastated when she developed crank issues and had to scrap her a couple of years ago! But I found an identical Blade in Luton with just 2900 miles from new, the previous owner had multiple bikes, so only clocked 100 to 200 miles per year from new, so this Blade is like new, small things like a gleaming original tool kit and general condition backs up the low mileage along with previous MOT's, Anyhoo enjoy Michael and thanks for all your brilliant content 👍
