7 months after going part time with my office job to dedicate more time for KZbin, it just got too busy. A good problem to have... here's what was going on behind the scenes and how I hope to share my process with those of you wanting to do the same thing. After this video, see you on Tuesday's and Friday's.

You being here is the reason I can have a financially independent job riding motorcycles. A content creator is only as valuable as their audience. So really, when I say you mean so much to me and my channel... you literally mean so much. Hey Doodle! I just found you recently. Literally like 3 days of just checking out your content and you have a new subscriber! I am starting the process of riding and about to sign up for my endorsement course so I can buy a bike and start riding. Quick question should I finance a bike so I can get into it I can get one quicker then saving up. I want the Honda CBR 500R as my starter. When I was 16 I rode a ninja 250 until the group I rode with older guys one of them rag dolled off on a corner and we quit... I want to learn the basics and ride safe is the CBR 500R a decent choice? I think so please share your thoughts and thanks for such great content!

Love your handle! But it begets a funny story. Back around 1974 I took a ride on my bud's Norton Commando. Going thru the gears & planned on banging 3rd to 4th. Well, the pattern on that bike is one up, three down (and with the right foot to boot). Glad I was hard on the throttle, cause I got a lesson in powersliding when I clicked the lever up into 2nd!

I’ll admit, your early videos, I was doubtful you were a “real” rider motorcycle enthusiast. But as you’ve morphed to reality, I’ve enjoyed watching your videos so much more. I follow several women on their motorcycle journeys because I want to be supportive. If KZbin was a thing 30 years ago I’d probably be where you are, but I am just to old to start now, but not too old to just keep riding! So good luck on your future vids, look forward to seeing more content.

Hi Doodle! In HAMLET, as Laertes is about to depart for France, his father Polonius advises him, "This above all, to thine own self be true, and it must follow as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man." You were true to yourself and the outcome was entirely predictable. Never stop learning . . . and keep the vid's coming! As I type this Kayla is probably nearing Germany! Your a very intelligent person with enough experience in this business to excel where many other's just can't. Your open mind and want to succeed will guide you. Very sorry your folks aren't receptive, but I get it. My folks hated my love of the Sport, and begged me to not buy a bike ever. Hope you can talk to your parent's some day about this, as you speak to many of us here. Very best wishes, coated with a little luck, and sprinkled with care.

I think the biggest reason that we are so impressed and supportive of your efforts is your insatiable hunger for learning new stuff…..and then pass it on to all of us in a very entertaining, friendly, and informative way. My first motorcycle was a brand new 1977 Yamaha XS 650…$ 1595. I was 18 and had zero 2-wheel experience. I managed to figure it out by myself. I went off the road twice (but didn’t crash) before I suddenly figured out countersteering. 45 years and 8 bikes later I am envious and so proud of you and your search for the RIGHT kind of knowledge and training. About the only thing I can offer, comes only from time passing. After a certain number of years I noticed that my increased confidence allowed my situational awareness to slack off a bit. Each time I noticed that slack I got angry at myself and rebooted synapses. The biggest thing that I practiced back then was emergency stopping. The technology level of tires, brakes (no anti lock) and suspension was nowhere near today’s capabilities. That practice prevented several collisions with dogs, deer, cars, a turkey, and bicycles jumping in front of me. The nonstop habit of trying to predict the future by 5 seconds and a couple hundred feet ahead, I believe has saved me several times. I don’t remember who said it, but the following piece of wisdom has kept my attention on possible threats ahead better than anything else over the years. ASSUME THAT EVERYTHING THAT IS OR CAN MOVE , IS TRYING TO KILL YOU. ESPECIALLY THE ONES BEHIND BLIND SPOTS.
