Exactly my point of view from my personal experience.... Don't "quit" carbs or sugar completely... Just reduce the amount you take in and exercise and walk on a regular basis, drink more water plus drink hot water first thing in the morning... and you're "fit"!
I can't quit sugar😭 I love sweet food. But I'm not fat at all,I do all the workouts by you dear momo and I'm so happy about how fit I look even though I eat a lot. ❤️

I used to combine and sweet and salty before, now I am slowly cutting away sugar on my lifestyle, I already cut the salty chips. 💪🔥 For those who's having a hard time to cut sugar, don't cut it, reduce the intake instead.
