Never quit Justin. If you need to, hire farmhands to help out until your childers are older and able to take on more of the work load. Currently, your trying to do the lions share, and one man can NOT do it all. There's no shame in needing help now and then. So, if homesteading is your passion and dream for the long term, then pull yourself up by your apron straps, do what you have to do, and carry on.
