Also small thing I see people get wrong about Siofra river is that the first ancestor spirit requires lighting 6 torches when it actually requires 8. Meanwhile the regal ancestor spirit only requires 6.

Ya I skip the first ancestor spirit every time since it is just so tedious to light 8 of those things for a boss that appears later and is better the second time

Something about Weeping Peninsula and Castle Morne make me love them, but I can’t say why. Same with Boletarian Palace. Maybe it’s the style, weather or atmosphere. They’re not my favorites, but I just feel calm and at ease when going through them, even if I’m struggling.

I almost questioned Iron Keep being so high, but I’m glad to hear Scholar being called out for the sheer amount of enemies and BS. That area was so rough, that even after beating the area, I’m hesitant to continue with DS2 😆

Oh man, Fishing Hamlet at 48 stuck out quite a bit. I'll have to wait for the next video though, because this might just be a case of "What?! That's way too low!" but then when you actually start going through the levels that are above it you realize that it's actually pretty accurate.

The Grafted Greatsword doesn't have a dumb design. It's an Easter egg referencing The Iron Throne in A Song Of Ice And Fire/Game Of Thrones, which is made of swords melted down by dragon fire.

Sorry man....what you consider optional and what I consider optional are apparently very, very different things. I keep getting hung up on your use of the term optional. Its my fault, not yours, but still. If its in the game, its not optional.

Well... by definition, optional means that you don't need to do the thing to reach the general goal. That's kinda not up to debate. A lot of elden ring is optional, for example, since you can just take down rennala and get the two dectus medallion halves and then boom here you go you can enter leyndell im p sure, maybe you also need to kill godrick. Of course, the average joe wouldn't skip that much but it is, by definition, optional. And, well, you really can't change that.
