Happy Bookmas Day 15!!! I read so many good books this year, but I love ranking them all to see how they all stand up together. Find the full list of books I read this year here: a.co/9PU7ZYx

StoryGraph is amazing for helping you to figure out how many books you read per month. It'll break your stats out by month. I'm an overachiever and track in both Goodreads and Storygraph. I have so much data in Goodreads, so I couldn't get rid of it, but I love all of the stats in StoryGraph. What's a girl to do? 😂

I also changed from Goodreads to StoryGraph. You can export your data from Goodreads to StoryGraph.

I wanted to try storygraph, but I searched for my last 5 reads and none of them are there 😅 So sticking with goodreads for now as it has books published in other countries as well

I put One Last Stop in absolute fav too. I also placed House of Hollow and These Violent Delights in really liked it. I though didn't enjoy Addie LaRue, and when I was liking it it was at the very beginning of the book and within the first hundred pages I kind of got over it because I realise this was all we were going to get. I think it went into an interesting direction at the very end, and I actually would read a sequel to it because of that ending, but honestly it just didn't have much in it, and when I say that I don't mean plotpoints, but also that, I mean things like characterisation and development. I put it indisliked because I did dislike it. Malibu Rising gave me nothing and I actually hated it so I also placed it in disliked it as well. I though also dnfed The Last Magician but it was case where I just wasn't into it even though I thought it was actually a very well done book that I should have loved and I am always recommending it. In that case I decided to put it in good instead of dnf.

Oh I just wanted to recommend a webtoon that I (and many other people adore): Purple Hyacinth! It's about a policer officer with the ability to detect lies who's actually teaming up with an assassin because they share the same goal. The genre is mystery and it's really good! I've recommended it a thousand times to people and they all liked it (high expectations, here they come.. lmao) The artstyle is for sure different than in Lore Olympus! Just wanted to share this gem with y'all

@@dagimille hey! I’ve read up to episode 3 at the moment and it’s interesting, I love the artwork, it conveys so much and is very realistic (especially the death scenes which I was not prepared for LOL)

I love all your categories!! I'm the same way, I need specifics for exactly what I mean. 😄 One tier thing I've seen others do that you might be interested in is treating each line as a spectrum - higher books go closer to the left/tier name, books borderline with the tier below go further to the right... so in your "Liked It" tier, you could have Written in the Stars further left, and Heiress Apparently all the way to the right. Just something that might help with the struggle! 😅 Also, so SO impressed that you got through that ranking so quickly! Beautifully done! 👏

I do need to read Winterwood by Shea Ernshaw as I read Love Live the Pumpkin Queen in November and I absolutely loved it. Loads of reading goals coming for 2023 ❤❤
