Faith Rotich the proper word is "disoriented." That is because the root verb is "to orient yourself," as in to align yourself in a direction. Many people incorrectly say "disorientated" because it sounds right to them, but "orientate" is not a real verb.

hi I know this is probably going to be the most random comment you see but I'm a 14 year old is dyslexia and dysgraphia which makes it super hard for me to learn to read and write and several different things like that I've been inspired her years to read by my mother and just the fact that it was hard and my teacher in fifth grade told me I was not allowed to read The Hunger Games and got me a Berenstein bear book and told me that was more my speed so I literally told her no and I read the first Hunger Games book in 3 weeks to prove her wrong it's funny how my Ela teacher was holding me back when she should have been pushing need to do harder books and ever since then I've strived to read more and more and at one point last summer I read a book in 4 hours one night I stayed up till 6 a.m. doing that just because I was so into it I have no idea why I wrote this entire thing but this Vlog inspired me
