My whole life not feeling like myself, social anxiety, chronic depression.. but maybe 8 moments in my life suddenly i felt very peacefull and all these negative states no longer bothetered me. I was observing those states and not identify with it. Now i'm on this spiritual path to figure out how i can be my true authentic self all the time👋

Concern does not help find solutions, it gets in the way of solutions. And eventually it is realized that problem and solution are just in the mind and awareness takes the reigns of your life, manifesting whatever is meant to be manifested
@garryforte1Ай бұрын
Regarding letting go of concern more clearly can be understood as a way to stay connected to your heart. Actually worry about concern is an attachment that temporarily separates ourselves from inner alignment. It could also be understood. That’s just a thought that when engaged with temporarily separates us from inner alignment with the Self. By Staying connected within we receive guidance and protection. 😊OM

Hi Sunny, I am following the self-enquiry question whenever a thought arises thrn ask to whom this thought arises where it’s from self and which it’s important is me then I ask who am I without using the answer from the mind and accepting what you are not and whatever remains is pure awareness or true silence which makes my inner monologue and thought still as said by Ramana. He also said what is important is in 24 hours how many hours or minutes you are free from thought. The main inner saboteur is I am the body's thoughts which sit as a kingpin of thought and if I ask to whom this experience arises at the moment experience changes from time to time so this question will automatically make I the body thought aware and if we ask where do you come from it automatically goes into self. I read many discourses from Eckhart Tolle as well so the answer to who am I question is we sense ourselves as a presence and just focus on inner presence and a single field of energy I am doing this all the time whenever I am working as well. Could you please tell me which is the best way to become aware of awareness 24 hours a day and follow Ramana's swift enquiry path? Now I find your all videos very useful than Rupert Sira which seems quite confusing. Could you please shed light on this self-enquiry journey so that if we ask we are already realised then also desireless awareness comes in me. Regards, Suman Bhattarai

Thank you for the clarity. There was a confrontation the other day in which my ego was provoked and reacted, really got involved with fear, how badly it was handled, judging self, trying to figure out how to better handle it next time. Big story. Then apologized and I dropped it. That's what should be done Right? Just drop it all and be aware of being aware

I meant to add, the bit where you said get used to the motion that you may not get what this one desires (sorry paraphrased) - you are right that the mind seemed to resist that and it caused some discomfort- but this discomfort was seen and i need to practice being carefree about such resistances. I need to feel comfortable with this one not living forever. I’m 55’and do everything to try and live forever! In terms of diet exercise etc … my mind definitely doesn’t want to believe it is mortal. Clearly at some point this needs to be faced, haha, so I love your technique that can be applied to everything. Xxx

you don't choose to be afraid, why would anyone choose to feel an unpleasant emotion? If you don't choose to be feel fear, then you also don't choose to stop feeling fear, you just observe fear and become unattached to whatever narrative it is trying to tell you. You become uninterested without anyone doing it.

I absolutely love all of your videos, and sincerely appreciate all the work you put into it❤️. I started doing into the void meditations a couple months ago, and it is amazing. When thoughts come..and they will…I gently put them on a cloud and let them drift away. I literally put my focus on blackness. It is a practice, but it gets better and better. It feels so good, and calmness sets in. We precious humans make OURSELVES miserable. Realizing that is a giant first step. I’ve learned so much, and you are a part of that, Sunny. ❤️❤️

Hi Sunny, thanks for these amazing contents and service you are doing. I have a question can you please talk about it “ I have been practicing different kind of meditation and mind purification which actually helped me a lot and I experienced as mind was getting purified thoughts were pleasant and accordingly actions were right and everything was going well untill I listen some podcasts and left mind purification and meditation and started practicing awareness so as a result I got to know other things which is also important but since I started becoming more aware of mind as it is rather than purifying it , I could observe only thoughts which provokes anger agitation reactivity and my actions started to become more like that so i felt i have no control over these things because some how I get identified with thoughts when I am working or when I am being with people in that case I would act as per the habit But earlier When I did other meditation and mind purification I was more joyful calm and actions were better in every aspect of life’”. Can you please talk about it.

The more I have delved into my problems, the more thoughts I have had about my problems, and the stronger my identity has grown as a person with problems, and the hole only got deeper. This practice is the only lasting peace I've experienced. It wasn't instant by any means, and it was suffering that brought me here, just like perhaps your pain has brought you here. Personally, I could get only so far watching the videos, so I enrolled in the formal course, and that was the tipping point for me. I hope you find your answers, whether that starts with trauma work or something else. Much love to you.

Hi Sunny, thanks for your teachings and clarity. I find myself a bit confused as within the manifestation community the major rule is that your thoughts create and if you persist in flipping them to better ones, you can manifest your dreams. Now when I listen to your videos, it seems we do not actually think our thoughts or control them, they float through us.. Am I missing something? Can you please explain? Many thanks 🙏🏻

Luke 12:25-31 New International Version 25 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life[a]? 26 Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest? 27 “Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 28 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you-you of little faith! 29 And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. 30 For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. 31 But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.
