Incredibly clear and helpful! To get a glimpse that this all-over chronic severe pain and disability cannot hurt me, that it isn't harmful to me, is comforting and freeing. The body has "very creative ways" of resisting truth and perpetuating a false sense of identity. Thank you for this!

At 82, I have listened to many avatars for decades and for the first time that the thing I have been looking for resides within, and the I am that I am is the avatar that I have been looking for. Sunny, my first attraction to you was not the content of your speaking as much as to the tonality of that speaking. Trust blossoms in tonality and tonality invits a deeper listening. Thank you, thank you. Jayelgee

I am tormented and tortured and haunted and terrorized and raped: deep inside my soul. The grief is unbearable. He left me. Replaced me. My "best friend". The only friend I had. The ultimate betrayal. Complete abandonment. I wake up every morning: breathless and panicked: praying desperately just to die... How the actual fuck could he do this to me? We went from speaking every single day about every damn thing, and now we're strangers! My heart and mind cannot process nor comprehend: how this is even possible!! He replaced me for another. The pain is unbearable. I'm in hell. Hell with no escape...

Right. It is absolutely true. It happens in a second. Throw any the mind and you are in it. I saw a first Indian youth talking on the subject so accurately without any accuracy. Let them meditate they will understand one day. It is quite difficult to understand for a common man. This is another way of meditation. You understand first by your brain up to its limits it fails and mind borns.

Everything wants to fight the truth that unpleasant feelings/thoughts are harmless. I was wondering why this push is there. I see that it likely involves identity, but I can’t help but wonder why there is a craving to identify, at all, you know?

It's because our sense of self is invested in experience. But it's okay, you job is just to see things as they are, not to figure them out. Acknowledge that even the attachment, the judgement, the reaction to the feeling, are all observable. Acknowledge and let be. The craving as you mentioned, will gradually wither away.

I’ve followed your channel since the early days and it’s just now occurring to me how funny it is that the channel transformed into finding out that the seeming person who was on the mastery quest wasn’t even real. Love your videos and found it quite interesting that I also started to resonate with non-dual teachings and away from LOA type teachings at the same time as you did. Much love ❤️

I get such a reaction to the thoughts that I feel I do not want that I get a stomach pains from it. Call it an anxiety reaction. So I try to observe and as you mention, sometimes the overwhelming feelings comes, temporarily though. Even this overwhelming feeling, I try to observe. It's the story telling that is a lot of the issue. Taking away attention from it is what I'm practicing.

I have a problem taking attention away from the mind. It doesn't look like a train of thought, if it is, it's totally transparent to me - still, the mind has a momentum and feels like this almost physical clay-like thing stuck to my forehead, flowing in and out of my third eye area/inside and outside my skull. If I observe it, it becomes stronger (like thoughts), when I turn my attention away... It becomes less dense, but the remnants are still there. Anybody had a similar experience?

Sometimes anxiety happens as a result of an unclear conscience perhaps there's something or someone in your life internal or external that you're not willing to confront or deal with that needs to be dealt with or confronted and your conscience is convicted. because it is the Observer letting the one being observed know that there is a problem. This is when guilt arises when the one being observed resists , anxiety inevitably ensues and is the indicator of this resistance from manifesting guilt.
