Talk about Brighton & Hove Albion, they almost got relegated out of the Football League in 1997. As a Brighton fan myself, I firmly believe that the reason for poor form is an insane amount of injuries. (but media doesn't pick up on it because we're not a big 6 club) Genuinely we've lost gametime from over 30 separate injuries to various players, spanning from one game to the rest of the season with players like Solly March. Tie that also with the three matches per week schedule whilst using youth players and you get a team struggling everywhere. Every club's first European season is a horrible one.
