Those froggys are so lucky to have you as their caretaker now :) I would name them Kalos and Dryas after googling them - The scientific name of the red-eyed treefrog, A. callidryas, comes from Greek words kalos (beautiful) and dryas (a tree or wood nymph).[4]

That's great you rescued these little guys! I have two Red Eyed Tree Frogs myself. Their names are Skittles and Starburst, and I absolutely love them. Once I turn off all the lights in my room, they come out to look for crickets in their food dish lol they also love to leave little "surprises" in their water dish lol but so far they have been doing pretty well. It's sad that some people don't do enough research before getting these frogs.

Way to go ... I love a rescue story! Until we live in a world where no animal needs to be rescued, it's just 1 at a time....and you've helped two right here. They look adorable and I gotta say, in the bath, they look relieved..if that's possible for a frog 🐸 to look. May they have long happy lives with you guys. I kinda like the names Green 1 and Green 2 like in Thing 1 and Thing 2, but with their special spin on it. Lots of love from Canada ❤️❤️

Im getting a leopard gecko. My mom said I could only get a bearded dragon. I convinced her to get me a crested gecko. Thansk to covid they can only get Leopards in. I am now getting both. 😂

Lepard is a better choice for a beginner they don't need uvb and are simply very easy to take care of i have had a female for 24 years so if you take care of them properly they can live along time so remember that when getting a new pet you could be taken care of them for a long time so make sure its something you consider this is a living animal

There so cute! I love frogs like these, its red eyes, leopard or darts that i want to get in to sometime down the road. Such a shame they came from such abysmal conditions and about the missing one. Yeah, 98% chance it died. Crickets man. i love them but hate them as feeders. Good luck with these little guys! Im glad they have a much better home now

I found an add on craigslist Rehoming 2 red eyed Tree Frogs and there enclosure and all supplies crickets cricket cricket keeper Thermometer and hydrometer bacically everything for $100 and I'm looking into getting them next month once I get paid but yeah that's like to good of a deal the tank is a week old not sure how old the frogs are but by the pics they look at least an inch and a half to 2 inches and they look healthy but I'm still waiting for a response also so glad you got your Red eyes and ate giving them a great home name suggestion Hopper and Chirper
