When I did my pinch I cut the whole fender off and I trimmed the front of the hood and used jb weld plastic bond to fill in the small gap above the grill

Matt, why adjust a link for caster? 0 deg caster will give you a better turning radius and for a crawler or trail truck you really don't need steering stability. Compare a 1960's chopper to a circus bicycle. And as usual great video. 👍

Because the caster angle was much positive angle, and it performed horribly. Nobody would have left it as it. The top link mounts in a different location from the stock axle and needs adjustment.

It is important to go beyond personal taste to talk about pros and cons and maybe drive even in winter weather with a straight axle and with portals and then give pros and cons. I’m so stoked this video came out right when it did. Waited a couple days for it so I could do my hood properly. Is there a way to make it semi functional? It’s going on a trx4 and I am going to mount the battery under the hood and that would make it easy.

I think an instagram poll is in order, is adding a sticker "Modifying Lexan?" To Modify is to make partial or minor changes to (something), typically so as to improve it or to make it less extreme. If we are talking performance, a sticker isn't improving it, but it is cosmetic, which "improves" the ascetic. 😁

how do you clean your brush dipped in MEK or do you just throw away the brush? I use a small spatula to apply the slurry, but can see how using a brush may have a clearner look

Yep, disposable brushes, I buy them in packs of 100, but manage to get a dozen uses out of each if I clean it up a bit with a paper towel.

Well... Here's to beating 31 days this month hahaha. Of course Josh, the guy who cheats at all times... calls you out. But. Oh well. All good fun. The jeep looks so much better. Because of the sticker of course. Seriously though good call on all the changes. I'm not sure I love that wide of an axle. I think axial kind if just threw thise together to get out, rather then actually re design. Which does make sence. Full mullet is looking killer. I'm debating that ir the c1 pro. Not sure. All I know is.... I need a leaf sprung truck in the collection. The bushido (spelling error alert) is very cool. But I feel like they should do the 1/12 as one. Because they are so small in full size haha. Either way. Very cool. Great work man.

Putting a sticker on isn’t modifying, in my opinion. You did not physically alter the lexan in anyway or change its overall color. If we’re getting picky about stickers then we could say any temporary adhesive covering does not count, unless it covers/alters 25% or more of the visible surface.
