I shot colour on the streets of Southport. Was it a good idea?

In this POV street photography video, Jeff Ascough shoots colour on the streets of Southport.
Shooting street photography in colour has been an itch I have wanted to scratch for some time. This could be considered a photography mid-life crisis as I have predominantly shot black-and-white for more than 30 years!! Over two afternoons in May, I visited Southport on the North West coast of England with Sarah (her Southport video will be coming soon) and decided to look for photographs where colour was the primary focus.
All of the Southport images were shot on my trusty Leica M9-P with my new Leica 28mm Elmarit-M ASPH lens (let me know in the comments if you would like to see a review of this lens).
