Yess Stefan, thats so great to hear! You definitely deserve it! I just was wanting to help some people out with something I heard the at a premier league seminar last week which I hope can help out some players...It is to do with the idea of training hard and working hard, whilst that is very important, you also need to focus on doing the correct recovery and taking the right amount of time off! Otherwise, you will most likely end up either injured or just demotivated, and tired. And nobody wants that as that will only get you further away from your goals! My advice would be to take some time out each day just to relax for a bit, It doesn't have to be long but just enough to let your body and mind switch off! I hope someone will get value from this!!

Man finding a good field is the hardest. I’m a bit more fortunate than you because I live in the suburbs. However, there’s always something wrong with a field. Either it isn’t maintenances often, or they took the nets down, locked the goals together, can’t play on it for whatever reason, it’s too far and not ideal, it’s too closed off, it’s too opened and you could potentially kick the ball out too many times, or there’s no back net for keeping the ball from going too far. Something there’s always something wrong. I can never find the perfect field 😭😭😭
