The Federated Theian Preservers is a subspecies from humans, and can be found in the premade empires list. I'm assuming they spawned because you had the UNE spawned into the game, Commonwealth of Man can spawn too.

Video idea: Fallen Empire. Galaxy setup: No other empires, but Marauders are fine. 0.5x planets, but 2x pre-FTL (or some other multiple). Set difficulty as you like. Emprie: Any ethics, but at least one Fanatic. Relic World or Shattered Ring start. Archeo-engineering, Enigmatic Engineering, and Galactic Contender are required ascension perks. You may only capture and settle planets within 2-3 jumps of your home system (you may complete constellations instead of leaving holes). The exception is that your overall goal is to acquire and protect sources of Minor Artifacts, so you're allowed to capture systems with archeology sites or sources of Artifacts. You cannot declare war or engage in diplomacy with other empires until 2400 (or whatever you set the end-game date to), but you can invade any primitives in your space.

I think, that this empire with Calamitic birth origin is also spawn, if you choose United Earth empire. It spawned both Theians and Commonwealth of Man

I might have missed something because I haven't watched every one of your videos, but every "can the AI beat the crisis" video of yours I've watched the answer is "absolutely not." I think anything over 2x crisis is too much for the AI to handle without a human to corral them or do most of the hard work. Not (just) because the AI is bad at playing, but because they do not group up nearly enough.

you should add 5x for primitives. Some are getting spawn space-aged with less than 10 years to fully emerging.

I think it's because you started as UNE - they might be a rare spawn when using that preset? They are from Theia which is a hypothetical(?) planet from the Sol System
