Yea do me a favor and try out the white wine with cream cheese and Parmesan cheese and let me know how you liked it. I tried it and had to throw away 22$ worth of little neck clams. Maybe it’s just me but cabbage and cream cheese on fish tacos doesn’t sound to appealing either. If Parmesan cheese doesn’t mix well then I’m going to guess that Mexican cheese wouldn’t either.

I have a shellfish allergy. What’s funny is I grew up in Florida eating oysters, shrimp, crabs, clams, and scallops and never had a problem. I got transferred here to Washington in 1989 and developed a shellfish allergy. I watch videos like your to live vicariously. I miss shellfish!

Clam dish looks awesome but you should start with veggies till sautéed then put the clams on top of steaming veg to finish cooking. You get more flavor from the veg that way

Years ago, when my brother got married, we went out to the coast where his wife was from in Ontario in Canada and ate shellfish like there was no tomorrow steamers muscles clams, raw oysters, crab, lobster like it was everything it was so good cause you could just go to the corner stores on the coast and buy all fresh everything like buckets of steamers and a big pint of beer Lobsters it was cheap when I get back to Canada seafood buffet, shrimp, and a piece of lobster and then face. My throat almost died all of a sudden now I’m allergic to shellfish because huge seafood fan.
