I'm pretty sure the vagueness was purposeful, and the reiteration of "i thought the same thing as YOU" and "it's NOT too good to be true!" multiple times was a way to get people to let down their guard and take the next step of calling the 800 number to get them connected to the company's "advisors" (probably aggressive closers)

Another awesome makeover of an ad that was clearly longer than required. You observe the main points and then do research to make improvements! A great method to do any sort of work. I hope your office gets constructed soon. I think it is a logical question that "If it's under construction now, will it be over construction once it is finished?"
