I’ve recently been diagnosed with chronic arthritis. Flexibility progression and yoga are the only things stopping me from shedding this mortal shell.

I came here to gain some motivation to begin stretching daily, but instead I got a fantastic video focusing on the benefits of small, incremental gains and the benefit of not looking for small changes over a short time, but instead work to improve the baseline over time. Great content, thank you!

This was an awesome video! For your next goal, if you are not able to do this already, you should try to do a straddle (sitting down) & put your elbows on the floor (if that makes sense). I’ve never been able to do that & would like to see if it is one day possible for me :) keep up the amazing work!!

Ive been stretching since Nov but it was a consistent routine. I'm gonna try this every morning for 3 months and let you know my progress. I'm at where you are in the beginning

@@MysticMD It's pretty radical, and not everyone can actually do it (because of body proportions) but it does give you something to shoot for!

St first you should stretch for 10 minutes a day and I think 1-2 times a day but when you get more flexible you should extend your time of stretching it's been a year since I've doing stretching and at first I stretched 10 minutes a day 1 time but now I stretch for 1:30 hour everyday 1 time
