The bike looks fantastic! Congratulations to Nina for awesome taste 😁❤. And congratulations to you, Mike, for pulling off the surprise 😁❤. Aside from the details you've mentioned you still want to do - I'd also try to find a blacked out gas cap assembly. I feel like it would look way better on the high-vis tank 😄. Oh, and instead of the big round tail light, I'd try to find a good light strip and mount it on the edge of the rear fender to visually connect the turn signals. I feel like it would look cleaner, but that's just me 😉.

This is your best episode yet. Nina really is a cool and lovely person. And the build is super cool.

Little idea for the recess with the 2 bolt holes you said you're gonna grommet up. Find a friend with a 3D printer, and design up a little embossed Komoto badge to pop in the recess. Awesome transformation mate!

You have given me an idea to try the SCL500 mirrors on the Honda Navi. I am not a huge fan of the Navi's mirrors but I really like the mirrors on my Rebel 500. Not sure if the SCL500 mirrors would have around the same viewing angle as the Rebel 500 with mirror extenders that add about 1.42 inches of height at an 45 degree angle and about 2.36 inches of width. I thought about trying out the stock Grom mirrors on the Navi as well. You got me thinking...🧠💡Should I try the stock Grom Mirrors or the stock SCL500 mirrors? I know the stock Rebel 500 mirrors on their own are not for big and tall people. I am 6 foot and 210 lbs with about 21 inches of shoulder width.

Nice honda navi color grasshopper green lol. I wish I had a rebel 500+ too, while I've only owned my navi, i got my license and I had a lot of fun with a Suzuki GZ250, I'd like something like that but i'm pretty confident I can roll with a 500, 600+. Can't afford nothing new like that so it gotta be used, and yknow how slow the navi is, I'm far away from where I got it and I can't even use the warranty which I kinda need for a small issue it stalls, I think it just wasn't getting gas or something if overheating isn't a problem lol, if fuel pump issues are a thing idk.. I could keep it and have 2+ bikes but the income is really shit and idk lol :( great for her on a unique colored rebel.

Love watching your vids! I found you both after I decided to buy my 1st bike (few months ago)! Watching you both is great bc you keep it real 😂 Question, I was going for a brand new 2024 Rebel 500 , but got a 2021 rebel 300 instead (around $4k!)… bc the gas/tank cover (? 😂) on the right side (yeah I’m still learning) was hitting the side of my calf. I’m 5’4 & my husband who is 6’0 didn’t like it either..I’m assuming neither you nor Nina found this uncomfortable?? I want to upgrade already so I can customize..so I’m really interested in feedback! Appreciate you guys! 😊
