This is an upgrade from previous "I Survive" vol 5, same format but now 10 exercises per round compare to only 5 previously.
Total 6 rounds, 10 exercises we each
Round 1 - 10s work, 5s rest
Round 2 - 20s work, 10s rest
Round 3 - 30s work, 15s rest
Round 4 - 40s work, 20s rest
Round 5 - 50s work, 25s rest
Round 6 - 60s work, 30s rest
