Pineapple on pizza is ONLY acceptable with jalapeños! and/Or if you do a cachio pepe sauce…mushrooms/onions/ham with it too, but must have jalapeños. I would much rather have good cheeses and basil lol.

The deep fried dough is very similar with our Hungarian national food, called lángos. We eat it with sour cream and cheese, and garlic. I never thought pizza can work in this way but seems to be very tasty. Thank you for this colab :)

I'm a Romanian from Transylvania - I crave for a good langos from time to time. I also tried with other cheeses and with minced nuts and honey (like a Hungarian version of baclava). Montanara pizza is now on my bucket list of foods to try.

I watched many of your videos, followed your instructions well. Got a very nice looking dough. Had lot of air. But after all that, it got stuck on the peel. It was a total disaster. Can you please make a video about how to avoid sticking on peel?

Well, I am impressed by Albert’s pizza, it looks nice, yes yellow=doughy, but for a not Italian guy, the handling and procedure was good 👍. Pizza points, thank you Vito for your teachings.❤

Hello Master Vito, I always watching you cooking Pizza, I tried the Polish, the freezing 🥶 and the cooking but why my dough didn’t cook at all, the top burning already and the bottom didn’t cooked, the didn’t puff, what went wrong ? Is it the yeast or the oven temperature that went wrong ? I’m way up here in Philippines, i want to study and learn to cook my favorite which is PIZZA ! Pls teach me the right temperature of the oven should be , thank U

Vitto, here in Brazil it extremly hard to find a 00 flour from market, and it so expansive to keep a pizza store with this kind of flour. Is it possible to make soft and crunchy pizza with 01 flour?

No offense but life is never to busy to make pizza because frankly if ya have a job ya should be grateful af because millions never get that opportunity to be busy, an frankly Vito has showed that making pizza dough dosent need to be a time consuming thing, if u have the smarts to prep ur dough, ur sauce etc ahead of time the time to do everything really is cut down, just can’t be a procrastinator !

LoL, for his humility in the end I will forgive Albert. So many people today have lost their appreciation for quality, and their satisfaction in producing it. BTW, I know what Albert does with the time he saves. We wont talk about that though. Food is a reality we all face. Just like homework. If you dont do your homework on food, you will be facing a reality! Let us all take pride in life, and focus our energy into doing it rite. As the Japanese say KAIZEN. Or, never stop improving. As martial arts, or intellectual matters can become a scale upon which one find a way to measure improvement. Pizza is a way that I adapt myself toward AMAZING PIZZA. But also happiness in being socially connected to life, history, and love of my neighbor. Through a common joy of pizza, food, and life. I hope one day we all get to share pie my fellows. Dont be afraid to judge me by my cornicione. 🍕 This is Pizziaolo Yo, signing out.

The double cook kinda eliminates the process for me. Buying a outdoor pizza oven is high on my list. I'm still dragging my butt on which oven to buy.

First thing I saw was that Albert handled his do too much. Less is more when it comes to pizza dough. The longer u mess with the tougher it gets so get it done quick and leave it alone. Vito wasn’t even going fast because he was teaching but he was a Ferrari compared to a a little kids plastic foot push scooter. Now if you want to buy all your ingredients including your dough and have everything done for you that’s fine but your pizzas gonna only be on a ‘B’ game, and yes it still taste good and it’s better than most pizzerias. When you wanna move up to the majors and have an ‘A’ game, you gotta make it from scratch. All doughs are super easy to make. You simply have to learn the techniques and in the actual time it takes to make them is actually very short. Yes it takes hours to make dough, but you’re not spending hours doing it. In actual time, it only takes about a half an hour to get into the oven. 10 minutes to make the dough, a few minutes total for all of multiple folds to your dough every 1/2 - 1 hour depending on temperature, then divide it re-rise it and make your Pete’s 🍕 you saw how easy Vito made his sauce simple Simon was a pizza pie man. Nuff said, take it away, Vito.

Vito, you lost a bit of my respect at 8:20 when you wanted to sabotage Alberts pizza crust with that pinch, just to make it more dramatic. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Even though the dough might not be cooked through.

Well, those are cultural differences for you. Those can easily make one feel uncomfortable. Albert is Belarusian, and in my eyes, as we share the same background, he actually behaves in a nice, joking, yet respectful manner. And because he is not trying or caring to adapt, the contrast is very noticeable, but that’s just his thing, that makes him stand out. 🙂
