An easy and delicious pork chop recipe that you can make at home! Pork cutlet in a very delicious creamy sauce for lunch or dinner!
Pork chops bone in - 3 pcs.
Salt and pepper, to season
______________
Small onion - 2 oz
Green onion - 2 oz
Butter - 2 tbsp.
Bacon - 5 oz
Cloves of garlic - 6 pcs.
Sour cream - 12.5 oz.
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
Black pepper - 1/3 tsp.
Water - 1/4 cup.

I often cook pork chop, and IMO, the best is to charcoal grill it. Pan fried is a bit dry.

It's all a matter of taste. I am against sauces that cover up the natural flavor. It can only be a matter of refining the whole thing. It's much smarter, the original taste to reach culinary heights. Because that is, among other things, Mediterranean cuisine. Protect me from all these sauces. In moderation it can be.
