If you've ever seen the site King of Random, they've made pretty much exactly Lucky Charms marshmallows by freeze drying regular marshmallows. So if you can get your hands on a freeze dryer you can make all the marshmallows you want.

Thats the thing when it comes to baking, you have to be perfect, and precise. I had to learn this the hard way growing up with my self taught mom that did whatever she wanted. I was severly informed again of this when I started taking culinary in highschool. you seem to be pretty good tho so don't sweat it. Anything that requires whiped and stiffed egg whites is considered a pretty hard recipe in my opinion.

Back when I was in middle school Coke was doing a promotion where you could randomly get a coke can filled with a t-shirt from their vending machines. I had gotten one and opened it because I had no more money and needed the quarters inside to get another coke. I vowed if I got another one I would never open it. Well I did end up getting another one and had kept unopened it for years. One summer my cousin came to stay with us and was playing in my room, found the can and opened it. I have never wanted to murder someone more in my life than at that moment. It honestly still pisses me off to this day and it was many years ago. haha
