“apparently cocoa butter is in a lot of foods” it’s literally the fat in chocolate and it’s the main ingredient of white chocolate besides milk and sugar lol. it’s just the isolated fat from cacao pods

Yes i think it is very interesting to see how we have a whole range of very complicated foods available to us now because of industrialization ... If it weren't foe that we wouldn't make those things. Who has the time!?
@darkraysofsunshine3113
@darkraysofsunshine3113 5 жыл бұрын
Felicia No, Gourmet things are still typically easy to make. The problem I'm referring to with Claire's gourmet food is that typically you need to reconstruct your own kitchen wear to make them which is something I do not want to do

Imagine a basic cooking ingredient like cocoa butter being niche. I mean, I'm in the middle of fuck nowhere Kansas and we had a thing of cocoa butter for a while because my step mom got real big on baking for two weeks. Like she got big on sewing for two weeks. And big on archery. And marksmanship. And keto...

I'm super impressed your white chocolate didn't split when you added the food coloring... Supposedly, adding liquid/gel coloring makes chocolate split (I believe it's because of the oils) and you need to use specific ones.
