Yo what is up guys do you think the final hyper carry team is balanced considering the ice resistance it was facing, it was doing more damage than most of my carries do without resistance. Also, this isn't my usual team building video I do for dps characters and certainly took a lot more work so let me know if it was worth it and was more interesting or helpful to you.

This was incredibly interesting content. Must have taken ages to do all this. My only "criticism" isn't really even that critical. And that is that this vid undervalues pela and silverwolf a little for those who use quantum set on Jingliu (which even without quantum weak is very close to ice set. And is much better against quantum weak enemies). Since it's near identical to ice set in terms of performance, it's best to use the one which you have better substats on. And both are better than wild wheat for Jingliu. And since Quantum set is one of the most farmed domains (for Seele, Qingque, Silverwolf, Fu Xuan. And all squishy supports like 2pc wuthering), you are much more likely to have a better Quantum set. Defense shred gets more powerful with a larger amount, so the results would lean more towards Silverwolf and Pela. So it might have been more fair to use Quantum set for Pela and SW showcases, and wild wheat/ ice set for the other teams. But I understand that it would make things more complicated. Since it would be tough to get equal stats on both sets and that would make comparisons much harder.

Does this mean that the entire time, JingLiu, Bronya, Pela, Luocha wasn't the best team? I assume it's still the team most people might use because in some scenarios, your tingyun might be more useful in another team making that other team more useful.

I've been using dual DPS for a while now. Consisting of IL, Blade, Pela and Luocha. It's been my favorite team so far. They're so good against Kafka, Yanqing, Void ranger and Sanctus medicus

@@madcat6299 I've been looking at Prydwen's MoC data for quite a while now, and I've tried it myself before, dual DPS teams always tend to perform worse than hypercarry teams in terms of average cycles. This is the first time a dual DPS team can perform similarly to a hypercarry team.

@lvlurarti I think it's also because Jingliu and Blade both pair up really well, or even perfectly. Jingliu's team hp drain gives Blade more stacks for more follow-up attacks. So the dps evens out when compared to the normal hypercarry team. I do have my own calcs with Jingliu + Blade vs. Jingliu Hypercarry, but my numbers have shown that Jingliu + Blade wins.

It's rare enough to have 2 DPS characters that aren't very skill point intensive (Blade is probably the only one that doesn't need to use a skill point every single turn, and Jingliu also gets by on 1/turn), but the fact that she ALSO helps him proc his follow-up attacks (which helps his healing as well) is a pretty nutty synergy. Don't really expect it to change any time soon + at the point where hypercarry teams can also 0-cycle, it doesn't seem to matter too much. Not to mention that the only good support 5-star we've gotten since release is Silver Wolf, while we've been flooded with new DPSers. I wouldn't be surprised that if Hoyoverse were to release a few Harmony 5-stars that are similar in power to Blade or DHIL and who'd outperform good ol' Bronya & Tingyun, hypercarry teams would continue to be top.

Hi guys, I'm just here to add that for people like me with no Luocha but have pulled for Fu Xuan, you can absolutely replace Luocha with Fu Xuan. She does a great job at solo sustaining as long as your DPS and support can end the battle quickly enough.

TBH, using *Blade* with Bailu is always exactly that anxiety inducing. She just can't heal for enough, or often enough, to support him effectively much less him and anyone else using the SP. You can easily spend 50% of your health turn one.

I think the thing people need to realize when running a sub dps is that your support needs to be buffing both main and sub dps in order for it to be a gain. Asta, Pela, SW and Bronya are great for this purpose. Advancing forward your Jingliu with Bronya enables more hp drain which buffs blade and the Bronya ult gives blade the cdmg he craves. The atk bonus isn’t the best for Jing and Blade, but it’s not wasted, either.

For Fu Xuan havers, she's extremely nice with her especially since at talent lvl 10 you get 12% crit rate for free so you need less rolls to get close/exactly 100% CR in her enhanced state

It's worth mentioning that if you're planning on running the quantum set you must have silverwolf with you. Fu xuan as solo sustain will help massively.

This video was SO FUN to watch, not just because the info is amazing but also you presented it in a great way, highly appreciate it... Even if I'm not pulling for Jingliu hahahaha. I get 4 really important things from this analysis: 1. Is obvious right now that the weakness type is not as important anymore since we have units like DHIL and Jingliu. 2. Debuffers are really good, but Harmony units increase your stats SO MUCH that transforms your DPS into a hitting machine. 3. All type of support is welcome, but Turn Manipulation (Advance Forward) and Energy Recovery cheats the game in an incredible way. 4. WE NEED A 5* BATTERY, Tingyun can't be everywhere. Could you do a similar video with different DPS units when we have more supports? I feel like right now is quite... meh because we have 5 Harmony units and only 2 debuffers but would be nice in the future.

That includes setting up base point and assumption of diff teams so people can have a rough idea where each specific character performance is at their respective team investment and not only on a solo character strengths, where it's basically useless in the grand scheme of things. The game is a turn based game, they have a lot less variation and assumptions to consider as compared to action games like MH and genshin where the TC over there have so many more variables in combat scenarios to consider. So yeah, although I don't condone them being so riled up for a simple tier list, they definitely also have a point there.

This video is heaven-sent since I have only Jingliu and Blade as my dps characters. I was hesitating whether or not I should pull for Jingliu but I was eventually convinced by the fact that they work well together, meaning I can just slap them on the same team in SU and overworld. The only thing I'm sad about is that both of them has anti-synergy with my E6 Asta, which is really sad since I can't use her. Still not sure what team I'll be using for Jingliu but this video definitely helped a lot. Only thing I don't like is that Tingyun gives speed buff and ruins Jingliu's speed tuning with Pela. Still wondering if I should give Bronya to Blade or Jingliu as well on MoC. not sure yet who needs her more. The eventual goal is to pull for a third dps so I wouldn't have to worry about it anymore.

I think an interesting question for f2p players is what are the best teams without TY/Bronya and how closely do they perform to a team with. Currently a lot of us don’t have the luxury of giving one DPS two of the best supports and thereby gimping the other side of MoC. For example, for a f2p player a pretty common scenario is having DHIL+JL or JY+JL, and having to pick who to give TY to and what to do about the side that doesn’t have TY. So, aside from TY/Bronya, which combination can achieve as close a result as possible to the optimal ones?

Getting the F2P options at the end helped a ton. I've been sort of on and off playing this game, and don't have any 5-star sustain, no real eidolons outside of e6 Sampo (seriously the game gave me Sampo on almost every pull). I pulled Jingliu and got excited but then started looking up team builds and it's like ... I've got FireMC and Natasha, folks. I don't want to have to wait for a Luocha rerun just to play xD

After Struggling in MOC 10 Before when I somehow managed to beat MOC 9. Jingliu Tingyun Pela and Fu were able to 2 cycle MOC 10. I Tried to throw Yukongous into there and she died while it took 6-8 cycles to Clear. You can Build a Quantum Ignore Def Jingliu and have a fun time aganist Ice Enemies including Cocolia.

Jingliu,bronya,tingyun,luocha team definitely hit the hardest but there r a lot of flaw as well. Having tingyun+bronya on one team makes the 2nd team line up becomes much more complicated,this team kinda only works if u have E1S1 bronya otherwise the SP kinda go nuts,survivability issue as well since u mostly want the sustain to only spam basic but if u were to fight very strong enemies and u constantly need to use skill on the sustain unit then it's definitely much better to replace tingyun or bronya to other unit who is definitely much more SP positive. Tho this is just my opinion.

As expected the one character you really want to pair up with Jingliu is Bronya. The second character seems very flexible between Tingyun, Pela or a double dps comp with Blade. Which is great for most people who dont have every character. A few additional things to note: Jingliu is not using her best set here. And a full quantum set would benefit Pela the most, so there is additional damage to be gained for her teams, especially for people who have her signature LC. Tingyuns optimal performance is more eidolon dependant than Pela and also needs to use more skillpoints. Skillpoints can be a bottleneck for people with less optimal team options or investment. Bronya alone in the video is E1S1. Both the eidolon and the LC are enabling more skill point usage by other team members. For people without one or even both, skillpoints become a more important resource. So having to Tingyun skill a lot because Jingliu gets so many turns is less viable for the majority of people. This is again favouring Pela a bit more who can contribute most of her buffing power with complete skill point positivity and is not dependant on how many turns your Jingliu takes. More skillpoints also allows a weaker sustainer than Luocha to skill from time to time if needed. So Tingyun is great for bursting a fight down fast, but overall harder to make work for slightly longer fights where Pela offers more flexibility while still offering good damage buffing. Tldr: Bronya is the best as expected. Grims account favours Tingyun over Pela compared to what most people probably got.

@@yangster5106 Sry, might be badly worded on my end. Putting the quantum set on Jingliu (not Pela) gives her better damage than the 4p Musketeers Grim is using. Quantum set has defense ignore and any form of defense down/ignore benefits from having more of it. So Jinglius damage is at her highest using the quantum set + Pela ult def down + def down from resolution + def ignore from Jinglius LC. This gives 90% def ignore to Jingliu for a massive boost in damage.

Her traces give her a huge amount of ATK% (along with Aeon) and her CR issues are solved through her talent, she's also the only one with SPD traces so getting to 134 SPD breakpoint is easy as shit

My team is Jingliu, Tingyun, Lynx, and Blade. Both pairs of characters work together, Lynx is the healer and Blade is the tank, as Lynx can designate him the target of attacks (more stacks) and keep damage off of Tingyun and Jingliu Tingyun gives jIngliu more ult energy, keeping her in burst phase longer Overall I don't think I'm swapping any of these characters out. I genuinely prefer Tingyun over Bronya because her niche just fits so perfectly.

since i dont have bronya or luocha, or most 5* cuz game hates my f2p pulls lol my team is actually pela - jingliu - dan IL - bailu i actually build pela around ERR her ultimate comes so often the boss is basically constant def - works pretty well too lol its also my personal style im usually not a fan of 2 buffers even tho its 99% the meta going for bronya/tingyun in basically all builds nowadays, theres sadly no big variations to test things out and i feel thats the main problem for HSr in the future when it comes to dps chars

Im running a Jing, Fu, Pela, Ting and it absolutely slaps. If I absolutely need sustain Ill swap in a Healer (usually my Lynx) in Ting or Pelas place. Fu can absorb and heal so much damage it kind of doesn't matter and I use the light cone that makes her heal every time she ultimate's so She is pretty much unkillable most of the time since she now has Two Big heals on herself. This allows Ting and pela to buff and debuff making Jing a monster.

3 times to reduce randome error, and i think having same relics for support characters in a rainbow set would probs be best just to see the synergies between each party member. Having set effects and such will result in some characters having better sets and stats than other which can attribute to different clear times

I like these new series of tests from you, a bit surprised the non ice weak enemies is better to go Tingyun, Bronya than Bronya, Pela meanwhile for ice weak enemies Bronya+Pela seems the way to go. Blade with JL goes great too I don't have him but I've been borrowing him A LOT lately, might as well consider him for the rerun unless I see another char that could go great with YL too, she open a lot of posibilities to dual dps as well. I was having a lot of fun with a Jing Liu-Pela-Lynx-Blade team and had a lot of excess skill points which I used for Lynx skill on Blade and maknig him soak up all the dmg. But i think once I'm done building Jing Lui and run her in MoC I'd rather use Bronya here bc then I can run Pela with IL or maybe Seele/Jing Yuan (buth they mostly use Fu Xuan-SW-Flex as their teams:) Can't for more sub dps type characters and more supports!

I got 0 cycles with TY pela luocha, but 2 cycles with bronya pela luocha (only first half because I'm lazy, though i did try both teams multiple times fwiw) To elaborate, I think TY is better for JL than bronya because bronya just takes your current rotation and speeds it up, with middling uptime, but tingyun actually enables a new, substantially higher damage rotation (that being 4-5 EE's per transmigration). Furthermore, because thats reliant on TY getting multiple ults, it only works specifically with tingyun and *not* bronya, because bronya makes you exit the state so fast. The only thing faster than moving twice as fast is never having downtime, right? The higher damage rotation is not just more consistent, higher damage, and faster (in my experience), but the extra EE's are also extra energy gen beyond what tingyun just gives directly. Imagine if tingyun's ult gave 80 energy, thats basically whats happening here.

I actually cleared in -1 cycles with a pretty interesting team. first, I used jingliu, of course, since that is who we are testing. Then, I decided to include march 7th, since she is able to use follow-up attacks to deal massive damage. I decided that the team was still lacking damage, so I included a skill point neutral character like arlan to round out the comp. Of course, the team could use some more support, so I added Dr. Ratio to invert the enemies' stats. This team was really impressive, but I do not see many others discussing the viability of it.

The Bronya Blade Loucha comp is very op. Good stuff. Not the best one, but still very good especially with an e6 blade. Ive noticed that Jing really doesn't agree with any sort of attack boosts. Overall a good character, but boring compared to the other DPS both build wise and play wise.

This was a damn good video. Very efficient and enjoyed that you showed how to run the battle with f2p characters. The tough spot for me is having YQ. As well as IL who is using the free 5*destruction light cone. So if I got her I would need her light cone as well. Wouldn’t have enough to get Loucha and Hanabi guaranteed. I wish I thought about my finances as much as I do this game 😆. Good stuff either way Grim 👍

im using Jingliu, Tingyun, Pela, and either Fu Xuan or Lynx (replace tingyun with Clara). the team is pretty good however tingyun energy gets capped sometimes because of cycles with jingliu.

At the moment i see only Seele or User of quantum with her pair the reason is both of them can use to the same set and for both of them is benefit for Pela Users. Ofcourse not requirement her Lc but if you need more impact you have to get her original Lc. The main problem of it she doesnt gain of energy but! Still is perfect. I also tested for double dps and is much much clearly pela is great debuffer for them. Probably pela soon or later will be S+ rank like SW did.

Keeping Luocha static as fourth slot is a bit hindering. Like if this Luocha was Lynx, Blade would be much stronger. If Lynx was paired with Silverwolf, she would be able to apply more consistent weakness and shred.. etc

Switching Luocha for Bailu for F2P... Playing 6 months, never spent a dollar on the game, no single copy of Bailu. I have already pulled Fu Xuan and even her signature light cone, this game gacha is rather broken (in the negative sense of course.) Yeah, have got E0 Natasha and E0 Lynx.
