Not sure where you live but in the US we’re allowed to leave our houses, which means you can run. In the summer you can bike. The majority of people just don’t try to lose weight and complain when they’re fat.

If that's a real woman then I'm Clark Gable. I used to weigh 290 kilograms. I had hyper tension, type 2 diabetes my blood was literal sugar. I am now 136 and still dropping. So I know how hard it is.
