I really appreciate how honest and open you are about your fitness/health journey. The company you worked with seemed very put together, but I do feel like they were throwing way too much at you at once and It left you feeling a bit overwhelmed, same happens to me when I try and make a bunch of changes too quickly. Maybe if they would have introduced training, sleep hygiene, mindset and nutrition one at a time you would have been able to implement everything easier.

lol true. But luckily for us peasants a lot of it was either common sense (have consistent exerce, healthy diet, sleep) or bordering on pseudo-science (that food sensitivity test looked like an IgE test, which just shows what you've eaten, not any real sensitivities) or at least not really necessary (the IVs were kind of blanket vitamins like "vitamin C is good for everyone/against inflammation", some of the supplements too like "DHA is good for brain health" - in the end you can get both from diet).

Expensive but it sounds like they keep you on your toes (literally). A few observations based on your reports upp your omega 3s! If you take a gram of omega3 from fish oil in the morning and a gram at night you could probably double your omega 3 blood level. Also I can't recommend a low carb diet enough! If you increase your animal / fish protein you are really killing multiple birds with one stone more protein, lower insulin, more b vitamins omega 3s taurine coq10 etc that they want you to supplement would just be coming from the more bioavailable whole foods. Anyways thank you for being so open and sharing your training! Here's to the next one
