one day I was practicing v5's and decided to just send a v7 and got it 3rd try, I didn't think I was ready but something I learned about climbing is to just try hard things cause sometimes you stick or land moves you didn't think you were capable of, and the only way to find out if you are capable of it, is it to try. If you so happen to do a level dont shift your focus, master every level. Flash every level and nearly every climb of what you are able to do before you move on, but try and least 1-2 hard climbs but only give it a few trys, thats my best tips.

What a great video. I felt your joy with you when you sent the V7. That's what's so wonderful about climbing, no matter your level you intrinsically understand everyone's feelings of success and failure it makes it so social even though it's very much an individual battle with yourself and the problems.

Congrats!!! That's great. And well-made video, thank you for sharing. For anyone else out there curious about muscle activation, it seems like one of the core principles is that instead of stretching your tight muscles, you should focus on strengthen the opposing muscles. I ran into this once when I had tight calf muscles, and it was recommended that I do toe raises. It worked miracles!

Love the mindset, posture breathing concept, learning to be a yoga teacher at the moment and then looking to do Personal training... Being into gym and climbing at the moment theres a lot of cross over which help. especially with what yogis call Pranayama (LIfe force control), which can just be translated as breath control, between sets now i really focus on getting Full breaths which has seemed to help, but also in sets as i try and make sure i get full inhale and exhales, which is helping me to push through the tough sets and i generally feel a lot stronger!

Mostly want to focus on spotlighting climbing gyms, but thought I would throw in some other things like this.
