Thanks for doing this! I love, love, love On Cloud 5 shoes, especially in the nearly solid colors (with white soles usually). They are great street shoes with many different outfits. Very light weight, very supportive and slip on if you order the ones with “speed” laces.

Thank you for acknowledging and discussing whether shoes would work for wide feet. Most travel information I see on KZbin shows a shoe brand they like and it won’t work for my wider foot. I appreciate all the options you discussed. Very helpful.

I purchased the ortho feet shoes that you can just slip on. They slip on kind of like the sketchers do. I never have to bend over to tie my shoes. It saves me a lot of time. they aren’t the most fashionable, but they are so comfortable and they have such good support.

ECCO is the absolute BEST for my WIDE feet. I wore them during my trip to Italy and they were amazingly comfortable.

Glad you gave the Vionics a high score - this is pretty much the only brand I buy because of my fallen arches. I also purchased a pair of Hoka sneakers this summer (replaced insole with Vionic insert) and love the comfort of them. They are very colorful, but I think they also come in more basic colors also. Also a little on the high end for cost, which is why I purchased them on sale at Notdstrom’s big summer sale.

Lots of good info. on my last trip to Las Vegas (lots of walking), I wore Propet Tour Knit Shoes (comes in black or blue denim colour) and Skechers Summits Quick Getaway. I have wide feet with bunions. I was very comfortable and stylish too.

I like Bzees golden knit slip on sneakers. I need arch support and cushioning and these provide both. They are also washable, antimicrobial and pack well.

I have narrow feet, especially my heel. I can wear sandals all day. In fact, I purchased the Plaka sandals you recommended, and they are great. I have a problem with sneakers. I have light weight New Balance that are comfortable but don't have enough support to wear all day. I have Adidas Sambas, which are cute but not very comfortable. I have 2 pairs of Ecco leather Soft 7 sneakers, one lace up, and one zips. They are beautiful and fit perfectly, but somehow they rub the ball of my foot. I can wear them to run errands but I can't wear them all day long. 😢

Hoka shoes work great for me. I have plantar fasciitis and heel spur. I know it can be clunky but if comfort is the goal, then Hoka is the answer.

I wear an 8.5, have a narrow foot and have found in Adidas shoes I can wear a Big Kid size 7…they are narrower than the women’s shoe…and they cost less! 😄

Ecco’s don’t work for me either, but I really wanted them to. Not enough arch support, toe box is too slim. Taos sneakers have great arch support though.
