i ate a big salad daily topped with tuna, egg or chickpeas everyday for 4 months, water, one naval orange and coffee daily. At the end of 4 months, i lost 48 lbs and that was without any exercise because I have copd and on oxygen so exercise was not gonna be on my list..just breathing was vital.

@@iheomachieke9009 I had full fat Greek yoghurt and berries for breakfast, a salad with protein for lunch and the same for dinner. No carbs. No snacks. The weight dropped off, it was a panic diet as my dress wouldn't zip up! I was so sick of bowls of salads, but worth it.

Be careful. If you eat too much salad you can actually cause digestive issues and you can also gain weight back in the form of water weight.

@@WingingItWithEsi Two salads never hurts. I'd say start with how ever much you need, and go from there, in the beginning stages. Add in exercise, like cardio (even running in place) for 30 - 60 mins a day 5 days a week roughly, and keep with the diet, and drinking more water and such, and you'll see a lot of changes once a couple to few months pass.

I usually spend my weekends over my family house and all they do Is cook and talk about food so Ipick overtime to keep myself busy and stay longer at the dog park with my dog. I had to ignore my family for a few weeks. It's been 3 weeks and I lost 19 lbs down to 190 my goal is 165

Idk, I think it's best seeing the measurements so you can actually see what's changing, of course, try it yourself, do the scale, measurements, and try to fit into some smaller clothing you stopped being able to fit into.

Good on you, all this you need too cover nutrients is nonsense I've done water fasts for 30 days and was fine ended up ripped abs and looked amazing felt like I had endless energy too eating is over rated,.I never lost any muscle either and was still bench pressing 170kg in the gym for a few reps, when I want too lose fat I now do water fast or salad only

You will never lose weight if you use sauces. You ve lost only some water. Consistency and not eating fast food is the key.

Depends on the sauce. Creamy sauces like ranch and Cesar dressing are not healthy. Vinaigrette, olive oil, Italian, lemon are healthy options.
