Keep up the good work man! Similar to your 13 lb striped bass on the 7lb line, i had 8 lb line on and caught my biggest fish ever at 14lbs, and first freshwater drum, and I think I’m amazing moments like that it’s a gift from god, helping us stay calm and have the ability to land that fish, and may that stick with us for now and till forever.

Woulf love to know what bfs setup your running. I run a Daiwa Blazon 68 bfs and a Daiwa Alphas 800s its light enough for how i fish it will get down to 1/16 but ill fish 3/16.

I’m praying several things for you as you begin a new year, clean slate, new teachers, new friends, etc. Have I ever told you that I used to LOVE new workbooks! Especially my spelling one. 😀 Anyway, as usual, I pray for a hedge of protection around you. Stay caught up with your work. Go to school PREPARED every DAY! Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with HIS gifts- love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control. Go out of your way to be kind to someone- maybe someone new to your school. Treat them like you would want someone to treat you if you were new. Say kind things to people- “ for out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks.” Matthew 12:34. Meaning, what comes out of your mouth reveals your heart. Don’t just “ practice “ these things at school and with your friends but also at home with parents and siblings - the place where you are loved the most! ❤️

Ive gotten to where i pretty much only fish with smaller baits. Granted ive been fishing a lot of ponds recently. You can catch a lot more fish with smaller baits too, even the the minners count when you have competition

It's funny your doing this right now with the small micro baits ... Cause it's what i'm doing now ... The answer is '' YES '' they do catch nice fish and big ones for sure ... I do change my hooks on these ... Not only that but you have a very good chance in catching different species, you don't always catch ... We have something in common i see...You fish with Ethan ... And my partner is Ethan as well ... lol ! Update : Slow but sure the Tri-Cat 360 is about 70 % done , It's been so dang HOT up here, one extreme to another , so we took a few days off here and to keep cool . Goal is having the boat ready for fall fishing, so keep your fingers crossed ! Let yea know when done so i can fire out some pic's for you ... What is your water temperature there i bet lower 90's right ? ... So tuff on the fish for sure ... Thanks for the super kool video, and keep collecting the micro lures ... Yesterday i was fishing my local boat ramp for dinner (I didn’t catch target species so chicken it is) and i was fishing a micro crankbait for white bass and caught a ton of micro largies and all of a sudden my lure gets crushed and i have a giant fight on my ultralight and i pull up a 1.3 pounder on a 2 inch crank.

Tiny lures probably catch more fish because if ur useing a pretty big lure fish will be scared so that will allow you to no catch all the fish i usually do the texas rig
