for a video with a Bob Ross tutorial in it, there’s a ton of negativity in these comments! far as I can tell, Bob Ross doesn’t have a problem with people not following his instructions to a t; he legit says many times to add things where you want them and how you want them. I don’t think he would support or agree with you guys saying such mean things about Rae’s attempt to follow his tutorial. Rae is a good artist, and her painting was very good, but it was DIFFERENT from Bob’s, and it’s supposed to be.

Exactly. Part of why this didn't come out right is her technique. Light strokes that feather the paint across the canvas. Her camera set up should've been in reverse; I think that would've helped her. Oh well. Hindsight is 20/20, but I think she figured it out art the palette knife section. 😂😂

Not sure if you did it but I didn’t notice you prime the canvas with liquid white. It’s supposed to make the colors blend together and glide on the canvas. Which is kind of a big step. But hey we don’t make mistakes just happy accidents. 😊 🎨

CMD Syndrome, I dunno if I agree with your breakdown. Ephemeral Rift is okay, but he's not for everyone since his content can get pretty weird at times. If you're in it for the tingles, the best ASMR artist is Heather Feather. She introduced a lot of content that is now standard to the ASMR community. Gentle Whispering can be considered the mother of ASMR. PassionFlower ASMR can be weird too, but she really brings the tingles. And Mr. Whisper is really good as well. Honestly, there's so many options in ASMR it's hard to narrow down who's the best. Just treat it like an expansive menu, and go ham with the relaxation.

don't worry teachers aren't always right they are just normal people and that is just her 1 opinion..you know he has taught a lot more people about art then she has and that's a fact not an opinion...don't listen to everything you are taught especially about art art is not an exact science its about doing something you love in a way you enjoy...there are no rules there are just tips and techniques to choose from and opinions. if you are happy with your outcomes even if your choices are not conventional that's your choice..art is more about being open minded then anything else. i feel very sad for an artist who is closed minded and cannot see all the possibilities..they will only get so good before they run out of room to grow.

Ally the only difference truly was he's had years of experience with that style and she's still pretty new to it! She did amazingly well at following along and even when she lost some pace she recovered with her own artistic knowledge. She should definitely feel proud of her work!
