Re: Guinness, it takes a few pints to acquire the taste. Stick with it, it probably the coolest looking beer in a glass. Also, pour the can into a glass, the only reason to drink Guinness straight from the can is if you're in a situation where there are no glasses available.
@NYC_Goody4 жыл бұрын
And why is it so crucial to be in a glass?
@malomkarom4 жыл бұрын
@@NYC_Goody You eat and drink with your eyes and nose first. Guiness just like most other well made porters look absolutely gorgeous when poured well, and the pint actually helps with smelling the aromas way more, than just shooting it down from the can. It literally, factually makes it look and TASTE BETTER. That's why you also drink IPAs and Belgian beers from specialised glasses, not from a bottle or can. It is a completely different experience, and that's not just some posh rich guy bullshit Imagine drinking a fine, expensive wine from the bottle. You just don't do it, because it just won't be any good. Same with good whiskey, or pretty much every other drink, that has some aromas.
@AngryOscillator3 жыл бұрын
Should never be put in a can. Or chilled for that matter too. After drinking the REAL stuff in the south of Ireland I just can't do it any other way. If you can't write your name in the head and still read it at the bottom of the glass then its wrong. If its not room temp then its wrong. If after 3 pints you aren't full and about to shit out dense little black bricks then its just wrong lol

See every time I see someone eating healthy it’s honestly just good delicious food that I normally crave anyway. Like and peanut butter and honey sandwich? Hell yes. Fruit? Hell yes! Lots of water?? As long as it’s cold yes! But it’s hard to eat healthy sometimes when you don’t have access to fresh food or prep time. I think people shuck off healthy food for easier breakfasts and dinners, accessibility of course and simply not having time to care about it. Anyone else agree? Also I’d love to know some other healthy breakfast options!!

To everyone who thinks eating healthy is expensive, all you need is 20-30$ per week to spend on your food budget and some elbow grease to cook and clean. Stop spreading lies and feeding yourself the same lies.Your McDonald bill at the end of the week is much higher than for 2-3 meal per day. Don't blame your laziness on finances, if you cook your own food you'll save some money and you won't be broke AF. Cheap healthy breakfast options 1.( cheap oats, cheap milk/ water/ nut milk and some frozen fruit and honey) 2. (Eggs, coffee, whole wheat bread, honey n peanut butter) 3. Spend some saved cash on protein powder and make a shake with frozen fruits and milk/ water if in a time crunch. Also you need to calculate BMR and measure your food so that you can track your calories. You also need to work not to stay lean but to keep your body healthy. PS, I hate excuses. If u want something really bad work hard for it and be creative. I'm a poor individual trying to keep my ends meet. But I try to lead a healthy lifestyle to work better than others and have better finances. Let me know if u have any queries about fitness, eating healthy or eating habits. Sayonara....

climbing is possibly the best form of exercise there is. It's fun, it works the mind, it's a whole body workout, requires stabilisation, static and dynamic movements, and can really push your body to the limit. I've been climbing for 2 years now and can say that it has changed my body a lot. My build looks different and everything. My back and shoulders are particularly strong because of it. I'd only recommend that you stretch well before and after each session because there is a significant risk of injury.

Favorite beer: Guinness. Fwiw, it's meant to be poured, and tastes much better out of a pint glass than from the can. Part of the reason is the nitrogenated beer trapped in the plastic "widget" at the bottom of the can is released when you crack the can (that's what makes that weird noise), which adds nitrogen bubbles to the beer; the bubbles mix evenly with the beer as you pour it, so that's why it has a creamier texture when poured than when drank straight from the can.
@ryandeffley76525 жыл бұрын
It is 100% true about adherence and consistency being the key. The problem with "online fitness" is that it isn't really individualized to each different person. What personally works for me is not eating at all on Mon and doing 20/4 intermittent fasting Tues-Sun combined with lifting 3-4x per week and a fuck ton of walking. But not everyone has the mindset to do fasting or embrace walking. Walking is my drug of choice. I do max incline treadmill walking, I do weighted vest hikes, I walk dogs part time, I run as many errands as I can on foot, etc.. I easily get in 20-30K steps every single day. As much as I love lifting weights and high intensity conditioning (sprints, sled, battle rope, burpees, etc), walking is probably the most valuable form of exercise we have as humans. But many people overlook it.

I like that you campused the boulder routes lol. You save so much energy by using your legs to go up rather than doing a bunch of lock outs on your arms. But hey, im sure you definitely worked your arms out😂 nice vid btw

Right, i haven't seen anything where it says he eats a sandiwch lol. I remember it saying that he would eat a little honey if he got light headed but that was it

I swear to god you are watching some other video. The carb comments come after the breakfast segment. WTF is wrong with you people?
@spacewolfcub5 жыл бұрын
Yeah, putting “zero carbs” in the title was baity. Vid still worth watching for his faces at the beer. 😄

I have a similar metabolism. When I talk about that in the gym everyone tells me "you're so lucky to build lot of muscles very easily" but they don't know what does it mean to eat like that every day

Guinness makes that noise because it has a Nitrogen cartridge that makes a velvety foam.

yo will, you should do a thing where you ask your subscribers what there workout schedule is and diet and then go from there so you can teach em where they’re going wrong, I think that’d be a cool new video thing you could do on your channel
