Dude ibdp is hard for cbse ppl cuz see ibdp more practical approach I mean very very practical while cbse purely text book based. Imma IBDP dropper I did cbse until 10th and then joined IBDP for 11th then realised I couldn’t do it. If u really wanna do it then u have to be really smart person especially for PCM. Its good but all the time the arms and hands placement was wrong. It should be aligned. Elbow underneath the shoulder and arms directly underneath it. Thats why I prefer yoga
