ngl, thats just something we have to do ourselves. every person has different timetables my tip for you: write a timetable with 'buffer time' , prioritize work with respect to the time when you feel you are productive. for example, i like to wake up at 4 am and get down with the hardest tasks of the day right in the morning because i am way more efficient early in the morning. also, give a set (yet flexible) amount of time for every activity you need to do. so ig thats it i hope it helped

Just wondering, do you go to collage as well? if yes, then thats super impressive. because i have to wake up at 5:30am and go to high school, then i get back home at 1pm, tired. so i can't really do anything meaningfull unless i take a nap which takes even MORE time and at the end of the day, i don't make any progress and have to go to bed at 9pm. but the thing being i always wanted to go all in, be more productive and make more videos but nothing has worked so far for me.

So if anyones wondering if they should try this... It does really work like on my expierence I went monk mode 2 years ago for like 2-3 months. I lost about 8 kg just by eating clean I was at peace always. I truly loved myself during this time also my acne literally disappeared. I got stronger and thanks to that my life changed yk ofc I went back to a slump but now I am going out of it finally and going for it again. I wonder how long can I last. I hope I can go for the rest of the year. I will update here whenever i will remember. It does work. Remember that not everything fails. You can do it and enjoy it too. It's fun to get to know yourself. Keep going! I will too.

Try finding a hobby or sport to do so you could dedicate your time to it instead of wasting your time on things like p*rn, video games, and binge warching.

you can always start with the baby steps like: "no porn or games or videos until i do something productive" then increase the thing, until you no longer do it or replace porn video game or videos with something else you love

This isn't what Monks do at all. Start your day by cleaning for 2 hours then go into the village to collect food offerings from the townspeople. Then meditate for 4 hours. That is "Monk Mode"

Wake up as early as you can ( for me this is 5:20am) and immediately recognize the task to do (for me this is meditation and deep work and cold shower[you literally need to go full lunatic for this to work])

9:58 how does this relate to anything else said in this video? just sounds like close-mindedness musically to me. personally, i'm doing better than i ever have and some of my favourite music at the moment is black metal, and on the other side of the coin, avant-garde jazz. not to mention harsh noise or just noise and industrial music in general.

I'm mostly talking about degenerate lyrics like in rap. I used to listen to that stuff heavily. I'm listening to a lot of classical right now, and I stopped listening to rap for the most part. I believe it's subconscious poisoning. We should take seriously and scrutinize all the content we consume, even music.
