I looked at her playlist, but a lot of them start out, walking higher than what I can do it my current fitness level. Would it mess the cadence up if I start lower than what she recommends?

no! you can totally start at whatever speed is best for you!

I always start them lower because she’s a lot taller (I’m 5’3” for reference and Allie has stated she’s 5’9”) and the workout is just as fun!

It really depends on your height and leg length. For the first song, just find your pace to the beat, then go up .1 each song. My pace is a LOT slower than allies because I'm 5'4"
