That's her knowledge from her Outback Steakhouse parking lot cooking stream. Usually you use coarse salt and put a tonne of it on, and maybe leave it overnight and let it do it's thing with the sweating and reabsorbing and whatnot, then let it get to room temp and then cook it, and then a lot of the coarse kosher salt or whatever falls off it during cooking. She used table salt and didn't do the above shit at all, since it was a, parking lot. So there was much debate about how much salt to add!

She's always had this energy and vibe. Can see it from her parent's stories about her as a kid, and throughout her years of development since she's been making videos as a kid. Also her childhood friends. Also everyone says she's the same off-stream. Her parents never taught her how to cook, which is something her mother regrets when she watches Emily cook on stream, which is very understandable lol. There's a lot of things she just doesn't know, and she also has a higher tolerance for food and germ health and safety risk and stuff, so there's a mix of things at play.

When emily used the electrical whisp (insert the correct english word) I got increased anxiety levels seeing her not put up her hair in a tie/knot(?).
