What is the app you used to track your workouts? I tried searching full fitness and came up empty. Great video, definite progress!

I think that pullups and dips are the two best upper body development exercises you can do. I like doing 5 sets of each every few days. I do slow negatives on the way down for each rep. Then to make it even harder, I force myself to pause at the top on pullups and the bottom on dips. Slow eccentrics and pause reps with full ROM make it 10x harder. I'm 205-210 year round so I make the most out of my own bodyweight. No need to buy a weight vest or lug weights to the park. LOL

I love pullups one of my favorite exercises I wish I could do 25 pullups each set like I use to

Ring dips can injure you easily if you lose control when fatigued

Excellent! Good results and plant based. Inspiring me to do the same. I do pushups & pullups randomly through the day, but I like this "get to 100" better. I saw a friend do the 100 pushup challenge and he looks amazing (and I believe he's plant based too).

Think your diet may have hindered your gains. Were you getting enough protein? Protein is essential for muscle growth.

I’m a recent subscriber. I’ve been following your recipes for a while now and would like to see some Indian 🇮🇳 recipes. Indian cuisine is really versatile and there are tons of vegan recipes although it might be a bit challenging to make some of the dishes. 😋

You must recover well! I can barely do this every SECOND day and not feel like my arms are about to rip apart!! LOL I do now approx 20 dips and 20 chin ups every second day. Feel alot of strength, but every so often take 2 days off straight then start again

It would be more effective for you to do more sets each day, not only one set of 13 reps.
