After watching this I tried it the next day. I have naturally curly/ wavy , dry, frizzy, dyed hair and it worked wonders for me. It’s the first time in years that my scalp didn’t feel like a desert after a wash. My hair was so soft and shiny and my scalp felt clean but not completely stripped. I don't know if anything said this but the trick to make this work (I've tried the reverse method multiple times without success) is to keep the conditioner WHILE you wash with shampoo. Rinse both at the same time, this will act as a protection and remove the conditioner. This way worked so good, better than shampoo-conditioner which I was used to do. When hair mask, then substitute with conditioner and do the same. Conditioner always should go last, so if mask used this will be used alone.

This method really works,my hair was oily and flat for the first two weeks.Then my hair started to really get volume,even my husband noticed it,he said I looked young.Try it,be patient. When you wash your scalp, try treating it as you would your face, like no shampoo brush,just the tips of your fingers and lightly,just use two to three pumps of shampoo for hip length hair,massage the scalp,not really wash it, you don’t want to damage the natural microbiome of your scalp,which actually helps in regulating the oils on your delicate scalp. After two weeks, my hair had volume from the scalp and the rest of my hair is shiny and lustrous..

Doro I tried doing it like,1st conditioner-leave it for 5 mins or more,2nd shampoo,then again conditioner 2 mins,I would suggest not to do it every wash as it might make oily hair more greasy (I have dry hair btw),it worked really well on my hair I tried the way u showed too and it worked the usual. Don't want to say this but maybe function of beauty is the 1 that's at fault,u should try ur usual shampoo and conditioner and do this method. @@user66568 hi ,well I use twice a week and I also use rice water. It's been 2 months and I can see hair growth and new hair sprouting. I make the oil with coconut and sesame oil, I crush 2 big onions. Add a cup of coconut and a cup of sesame oil in a thick pan on lowest heat, I then add 2teaspoon Fenugreek,when the oil foams, I add onions and it'll make thick foam and would rise too so use a big pan. I keep it cooking on low heat until onions turn crunchy. I then strain the oil when cooled. I warm and then use this oil,do inversion method and wash off the other day rinsing with rice water. I wish you luck ❤️

I love this method! I am African American, and usually i coat my hair with oil…then get in the shower and add conditioner, detangle to rinse, and then i shampoo twice. At the end i apply a deep conditioner and then rinse out at the end. I never use conditioner after shampoo, it’s always my first step, and i use a mask at the end.

Hi, what I do is I wet my hair and apply conditioner on the lower half of the hair and apply shampoo the roots only and use a scalp massaging brush and wash it both together at once that way my roots stay clean and my lower hair very hydrated and the shampoi doesn't dry my mid to the end of my hair. P.S. I add 2-3 drops of Olive oil in my conditioner for deep conditioning effect and use DIY mayonnaise hair mask once per 3 washes. It's so cost effective and works like MAGIC....EVERYTIME
