A lot of these were surprising or shocking but peanut/chicken/noodle or rice is a combination you can buy in restaurants pretty much everywhere here haha. I don't know if it's "authentic" or not, but it's definitely common in Thai, Indonesian, and "Asian fusion" kinds of restaurants.

I put milk in my ice cream all the time since childhood. You put waaaaay too much milk. In a pint of Haagen dazs you put just a half tablespoon of milk ( not steamed just regular) and chop it up in the ice cream. The texture is supposed to be icy/chunky, not watery like that.

7:45 never tried but I can imagine it tastes well bc salty and sweet especially with the salty component being like a bread base. Chocolate covered bacon at fairs sell well just from the salty sweet mix. I used to eat saltine crackers with chocolate. It’s also why people would eat fries or chips dipped in their ice cream/shakes.
