I see a lot of different influencers of people trying to lose weight and they all focus on exercising in their video's (which yes is important) however you wont get nearly as far unless you fix your diet. Keep it up, remember most of weight loss is in the diet. You can do all the cardio you want, but if you eat too many calories then you will only gain weight. Whereas if you eat in a calorie deficit and not exercise at all you will still lose weight regardless of exercise! Try to find a diet that is sustainable and NOT EXTREME! If it is too extreme you will binge, so schedule some food that you like that is high calorie in your weekly diet, but don't eat too much of it, and the rest should be a clean diet and you will lose the weight consistently.

@@Bvic3 complete bullshit. I managed to lose 23kg eating a bunch of refined carbs, all I did was remain in a deficit. The only thing you need to do to lose weight is be in a calorie deficit. It's extremely simple. Your body has excess fat, your body needs to use up that excess fat so it's no longer stored in you, the only way to get your body to do this is for it to *need* energy (which it always does!), and not be able to get as much of that energy it needs externally (meaning, less calories), forcing it to use up the internal stores.

Hang in there Uce! we all have plateaus in our journeys even if we don't admit that it's happened to us. Not good, not bad just information for where you're at and need to adjust. Fitness happens in the gym, weight loss happens in the kitchen-best to try make good choices for food if you can- travelling heaps makes it more challenging for food prep ect. Sole it more beneficial too walk outside than the steps cos the machine is helping you. You legs and knees will get stronger if you walk outside as you using your body not help. Even kettlebell suitcase carry would be a good exercise. I'm a fan of kettlebell exercises I been doing it with a good eating plan lost 30kgs from 100kg gain 7 back in muscle. Glad you doing intermitt fasting

Uce, don't give up. I'd actually suggest you don't travel at all outside of New Zealand. A lot of times, travelling does contribute to your gut biomes not working efficiently. If I'm in Europe, I lose weight while eating the same food in North America and walking a similar distance. However if I'm in Asia, I put on the weight while maintaining a similar regiment. I spoke to my doc and he mentioned how traveling affects weight loss.

But I cant help but to think that all the late fame youre getting from this "weight loss" content and other popular content is getting to your head. For your training, why not try doing classes? F45 or something, your not going to lose weight as fast doing the same shit over n over! Your body has adjusted to your routines, change it up uso. Speaking of change, why not go on a calorie deficit diet or something? Sole dont forget you promised time n time again that you’ll be under 100 by the 100 week mark. no offence bro but ur not gonna lose much by spending 65mins at that pace on the tread mill. You need to focus less on how long your doing the exercise and more on the intensity of the fitness. I've been following you since the beginning of this journey and it seems as if you've started to stagnate your progress some. Try and push your speed to ur max and reduce the cardio to like 10-15mins. It'll be way more effective even though its less pleasant. If you keep doing only what your comfortable with the your progress will become less and less. as it appears it already has.

@@dylanevans1901 You dont need to be a personal trainer to know that high intensity workouts are better for losing weight then longer mild cardio sessions. Your body literally burns fat differently when doing high vs low intensity. As your fitness level increases you need to up the diffculty of the excerise other wise your body adjusts, you stagnate and all you build is endurance. He has obviously reached the point where he needs to adjust to more challenging cardio. All that aside intemitent fasting would also dramatically help him as well, timing your eating in a way that leave 8-12 hours between meals, timing it with sleep helps. Getting use to Fastings helps control your insulin which in term helps cravings for snacks, it is also one of the only ways to remove fat off your liver which is the big gut. You dont have to be a personal trainer to research the countless evidence based ways of taking care of yourself. Thanks for listening to my tedtalk and I hope you learnt something lol

Focus on protein bro. Get 200 grams in a day. Protein first. Limit yourself to 150 grams of carbs per day or less. 50 grams of fat or less.Eat like this and you will lose weight. Weed + munchies clearly getting you bro. Fast as much as you can to shrink your stomach, drop weight super quickly and lower meal sizes overall. Fatty meat will fill you up bro and give you the energy + nutrients you need. Stay away from fruit other than berry's and other low sugar options. Don't drink juice. Water and diet drinks are the go. You can do this man.

You are gonna make him balloon to 200kg again if he goes that way. If you completely take those out, you are bound to relapse. I have lost 60kg in the last 2 years, I am a powerlifter and strongman now. All you have to do is to have a caloric deficit. Its not the end of the world if you add a cupcake or a donut into your meals, you will still lose weight.

Not quite true at all, @mzanziman9150. Uce IS doing something. It appears that he is doing everything under the sun except working on his diet. I think this is the 2nd video in a row now where he claims to be fasting for like 24hrs and whatnot. Idk tho! I've seen about a good 4-5 people on here saying that Uce been eating out at restaurants like KFC. I hope that's not true or hoping that's at least his only meal for that day/time! 🤷🏾♀️

I've seen all the food content he's done but that doesn't change my view about him doing everything else BUT not showing what he's eating. Was only responding to you saying that he hasn't done anything. In the beginning, Uce was killing it! Why? Because he used to show what he eats which was decent at the time. Now, he doesn't show any of that and it's showing up on the scale. Just the same ole' daily gym stuff minus the diet. It would have just been better to say that Uce has done nothing different.
