I totally understand your point when it comes to why you rejected the Iceland team. One thing though that I’d consider though would be the aspect of adventure. We don’t have this career for long tbh, and those experiences abroad are a lot more valuable than we realize. In hindsight, I’m glad I went to the amount of countries that I did. But I think that you’ll find something better for sure 💪💪 if you’re ever in the LA area, let’s get a session together and collab!

Thanks Hamid! Like I mentioned I think the timing was the biggest issue more than anything. But I appreciate your insight and I definitely agree!

@ I totally get that! I’m trying to break into the American soccer scene and it’s been so tough. Especially because I don’t have a Wyscout. But you got this, you’re gonna get a lot of opportunities, I got faith bro 💪🙏

Your life , your career and you make a great point as to why you think you should stay in the US. I honestly wish you the best in all facets of life. However In the Greece vid, you said YOU think you could play at a "higher level" you also think you could play at a "higher level" than the Icelandic 2nd division, but man you're a young player don't get caught up with where YOU think you should be but rather play your way to those levels whether it's in the US or abroad. When you say stuff like that instead of focusing on building XP or a CV to take yourself to the next level, it can come across as abit Naïve. I'll be following your journey and I really wish you all the best. Good Luck in the upcoming year

@@bongs26 I didn’t say it was Iceland 2nd division 🙂 you’re making a lot of big assumptions, thanks for watching though

@ my bad then I miss heard. Very true I am making assumptions based on how Ive interpreted your words and I’ll hold any Ls that come my way.. but like I said it’s your career and not doubting whatever path you choose. Again good luck & all the best 🤝🏿

I've noticed a couple of times now that you feel you can compete at a higher level or that some matches are beneath your standard. So, I'm curious, at this point in your career, what level do you think you're best suited for? I ask because I'm also looking to move up and would love to know how you decide which level you're ready for. What’s the framework you use to figure out where you're best suited? I wouldn’t want to miss out on opportunities for growth either.

@@AngryJellyFish59 I don’t think I say that too often lol just being real with what opinion I have of myself! I may have mentioned playing at a higher level 2 times in the existence of this channel haha. But to answer your question, I think I could play at the USL1 level and perhaps USL Championship one day

The first reason I kind get it, but the second does not make sense, any low division in Europe is better than any D3 in united, even 5-6 division in Germany and England. And you are old to get straight to division, you need get experience and exposure and any place in Europe is better than US, but good luck man
